Based in Stuart, Florida, The Flavored Fork Catering has been providing weddings with delicious specialty Wood-Fired Pizza and Gourmet Italian Style cuisine since 2009. Owner and lead chef Matthew Piscitelli delights in combining homespun cooking methods with rustic flavors to create mouth watering fare for his clients to savor. Whether you are hosting a small or large event, Matthew has the skill to complement your milestone occasion with an unforgettable meal.

Chef Matthew is THE BEST!

WE LOVE CHEF MATTHEW! We did a BBQ buffet style and I joked with him telling him how very important it was that we have coconut shrimp as an appetizer for the groom and "mini corndogs" for the bride. While we were about to go outside and take pictures, a server came up to my sweet husband and I and gave us our shrimp. As the wedding went by so very fast, I remembered I didn't get my appetizer. THEN they brought me to the fridge and Matt had 4 large trays of left overs with a ton of my favorite appetizer set aside for us. Chef Matthew replies back quickly, he is LOVED by every single vendor I picked out for the wedding, and he is so wonderful to talk to. Chef Matthew, you made our day so amazing! We are still getting compliments about the food. Thank you so much!! I know we will see you in the future

Rustic Wedding BBQ Success

Chef Matt did an amazing job providing the catering for our rustic wedding. The smoked brisket smelled so good while it was being cooked on site, wetting everyone’s appetite. We had so many compliments on the food!!

Absolutely Scrumptious

We cannot express how amazing this team was to work with. The staff was professional and perfect, the food was mind-blowingly good and my guests cannot stop raving about it. We are so thankful that we chose to go with Chef Matt and the rest of his team! You will not be disappointed!

This company and Matthew were AMAZING! We used him for our rehearsal dinner and wedding with two different menus and on both, he knocked it out of the park! He was easy to work with, consistently communicated with us, accommodated all our needs, and was the best value for the best food we ever tasted!

Best BBQ Around

The Flavored Fork catered my wedding on October 19, 2019. From the very beginning Chef Matthew was very accommodating towards my husband and I when we were choosing the menu for our upcoming wedding as well as working with us on pricing for our proposed guest list. Since the tasting both my husband and I were craving the food, and when the day of our wedding came we were not disappointed. Everything we chose from the brisket, to the ribs, to the mac and cheese was incredibly delicious. We received so many raving reviews from our family and wedding guests on the food itself and the wonderful service we received. I would highly recommend using them for your next event whether that be a wedding, birthday, or a family get together. You will not be disappointed.

Beyond Disappointed

We heard amazing things about this caterer and went for a taste testing, during this meeting the food was delicious. We were so excited to enjoy the food again at our wedding. When the wedding day came, the head chef Matt said he would be there. Not once did we see him. When we finally got our food it was horrible and tasted nothing like during our meeting! If we would had known we would have never booked him! The meat was dry, the chicken had some type of breading on it(which it wasn’t supposed to have), and everything was freezing cold. Also Chef Matt was really difficult to get a hold of and we wouldn’t hear from him for weeks after sending him emails. After choosing a menu with him he lost all our papers and relied on our memories. Completely unprofessional, save your time and money!
