Ahead of couples’ big day, the team will sit down with clients to discuss their catering options and needs. Chef Chris has a deep knowledge of nutrition, and can customize dishes to accommodate dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, keto, and pescetarian. The company’s expansive menu consists of hors d’oeuvres such as Caprese portobello skewers, Swedish meatballs with cream dill sauce, and Beef Wellington small bites. Unique edible spoon options include puff pastry with raspberry, rosemary, and goat cheese; Cheddar Bay biscuit with lobster salad; and shortbread cookie with strawberry cream. Pasta, paella, and jambalaya stations provide unique dining experiences, and clients can also create their own chicken and waffle, taco, or dessert bars, and more. Traditional but equally delicious fare of chicken dishes, carving stations, and barbecue is also available.
