****For traditional weddings, our venue is better suited for larger groups - 200-800 in our Concert Hall. We can also accommodate smaller groups in our Downstairs Lobby, but this area is better suited for cocktail-style receptions.

Clients receive wedding coordination, schedules for vendors, family, and the wedding party, and floor plans, plus wedding design. Impress your guests with ample parking, multiple bars, and tailored signature cocktails.

Get ready to party! The Factory offers unbelievable state-of-the-art lighting, plus a concert-grade sound system, and the package includes a sound and lighting engineer. Bring on the band or DJ!

Relish the day! With a large bridal suite and two additional green rooms, you and your wedding party can get ready onsite in comfort.

But safety first--the building contains a brand-new HVAC/ventilation system, fifty-foot-high ceilings, and lots of space for social distancing. Private event clients can determine their vaccination and mask policy.
