Facilities and Capacity
For up to ten hours, you'll have private access to the Everly's glamorous building and carefully manicured grounds. The ballroom features ample natural light and stunning views while being able to accommodate up to 250 guests. For an outdoor soiree, up to 220 people can celebrate the occasion on the outdoor patio. You can prepare for the excitement in the comfortable on-site dressing room alongside your wedding party. The property boasts several striking settings that are incredible photo backdrops. Additionally, ample parking and WiFi are available for the convenience of you and your guests.

An Amazing Venue With Amazing People
Meghan is hands down one of the most personable, flexible, knowledgable and amazing people I have worked with. She was so helpful, very easy to reach when I had questions and bent over backwards to help me and the couple. Her ultimate goal was making sure their wedding day was everything the couple wanted and more.
Did I mention that we planned, designed and executed the wedding in THREE months? With the small timeline to plan, it was so important that we picked a venue that was easy to get a hold of and work with.
Take it from me, someone who plans weddings for a living , the venue you select is crucial in the success of your wedding. Pick a venue that is not only beautiful but also has team members who really care about you and your wedding. That's Meghan and her team.

Meghan DeLange was born & raised in Mentor, Ohio and discovered her love for entertaining and events while studying hospitality at Mercyhurst University. Meghan’s passion for helping to celebrate life’s biggest moments is what drove her to focus on the Event side of the hospitality world. Over the past 13 years, she has been able to learn and grow with the world’s largest hotel company, Marriott, in hotels in Cleveland & Chicago. Her main focus always being in executing the perfect event for her clients, from business meetings, non-profit events and family social events, but weddings have always held a special place in her heart.
Adam brings his operations mind, warm personality and years of hospitality experience to The Everly team. Adam started working in the hospitality industry when he was 15 years old and hasn't looked back. He and Meghan met working in Events at a hotel in Chicago so combined they are an event planning power couple. You might run into Adam doing anything from giving a wedding tour, setting up a bar or cleaning the floors at any given time. He is our true jack of all trades.
