Words cannot express how wonderful John, Melissa, and the Hotel Team made our wedding day at the Edge! From the inception of the event, to the decorating of the space, to discussing the menu options, to literally everything, this team was not only accommodating, but highly responsive and communicative. We walked into their establishment with only 10 days to prepare for our wedding....not having a venue with such little time left was a major stress for myself and my husband. John and Melissa gave us a tour of the beautiful rooftop, showed us the additional spaces they have for wedding events, and walked through the entire process; giving us advice and being very transparent. The process went smoother than I could've ever imagined; literally no issues at all! Our wedding day was fantastic, Melissa got me a room to get ready in. The food and beverage team were amazing...no one had to ever ask for another drink, utensil, or anything! John stayed around to make sure everything went smooth and even helped us with the first cut of our wedding cake.
This venue is beautiful and the view is breathtaking; but the team, they are the true stars and blew our minds with their kindness, professionalism, and ability to make our dream day come true!

My wife and I recently celebrated our wedding at The Edge in Long Island City, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

From the moment we began planning until the very last guest left, the entire team exceeded our expectations. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views and a setting that created the perfect backdrop for one of the most important days of our lives.

What truly made the experience exceptional, however, were General Manager, John and Assistant General Manager, Melissa. Their professionalism, warmth, and genuine care were evident every step of the way. Planning a wedding can be stressful, but John and Melissa consistently made us feel supported, welcomed, and confident that everything was under control. They were responsive, attentive to details, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our vision became a reality.

What stood out most was how much they truly cared about us as a couple. They treated us like family rather than just another event booking. Their kindness, patience, and dedication helped make our wedding day seamless and memorable.
