We hired Atlas Catering (formerly known as The Dutch) for our wedding and we are SO GLAD we did! They were amazing and had such delicious food. All of our guests kept on telling us how much they loved their food. We had gotten some meat dishes along with a vegetarian entree for some of our guests and they loved them. We loved all of the dishes that they served and grateful that they had so many various food options to make sure that people with dietary restrictions (e.g. vegetarian, gluten free, etc.) could go home feeling full and satisfied.
One of my favorite parts of the whole experience was the tasting. Marcus, owner and chef, personally served us the food that we were interested in and his event manager, Tamara, would explain the food and offerings. It was such a fun and unique experience and the food was really good.
We also had their pancake cart and even though we didn't get to try it ourselves, our guests really loved them.
