About

Are you and your partner looking for an inclusive, non-religious premarital workbook?

The Couch Therapy is a team of passionate, highly trained, and down-to-earth mental health professionals dedicated to providing holistic care to individuals and couples. Rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and valued, our practice offers an inclusive, affirming space for clients of all backgrounds, identities, and relationships.

Created by our therapist-led team at The Couch Therapy, our Premarital Workbook is designed to help couples strengthen their connection, deepen their understanding of one another, and intentionally prepare for marriage.

With reflection questions and activities covering topics like communication, conflict, finances, attachment, intimacy, family building, and more, couples can work through the workbook together on their own time and at their own pace.

For couples who want additional support, we also offer premarital therapy to help you have deeper conversations and build a strong foundation for your relationship. We also offer the Twogether in Texas premarital program and certificate in coordination with premarital counseling after attending 8 sessions.

Our workbook is not a substitute for premarital therapy, but it’s a great place to start and a meaningful way to invest in your relationship.

Please note: The Couch Therapy provides premarital therapy and resources but does not provide wedding officiant services. To find our premarital counseling and workbook, go to https://www.thecouchtherapy.org/premarital
