Awesome customer service!! These ladies were amazing. From start to finish. I felt the difference of superior service.We visited the wedding dress store at the Collection Bridal in Winter Park a few weeks ago and had the best experience ever. They were all so attentive, professional, fun and knew exactly what daughter wanted. From the moment I walked through the door, they helped us look through all the dresses that was daunting at first, assisted me throughout my time there and made it a unforgettable experience.I definitely recommend coming to this shop!! While looking for a wedding dress, I really struggled until I found The Collection Bridal! I had tried on so many dresses before, but until I stumbled into the Collection, I never realized how many options I truly had, how beautiful I could really be. Thanks to the wonderful ladies to work here, I was able to find the dress of my dreams!! I looked like a completely perfect Disney princess. The dress was so unique, everyone said it matched my personality so well but it was so different from the usual wedding dresses. You’ll find anything that you’re looking for here!! It’s nice to have such a friendly experience, and a really have a moment to step back and know for certain what is perfect for you. They also fitted my dress to me perfectly! We even have customizable options if we liked! The additional head pieces and earrings, bracelets, and veils are all so subtle but add such a powerful look that it completes everything!! They also have completely stunning dresses for all bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, and even some dresses that are so unbelievably gorgeous you could wear them to proms if you really wanted to! You simply must come over and find your Dream dress. I highly recommend these lovely ladies!!!

The Collection was able to fit us in when my mom and I came to Winter Park from an impromptu wedding dress trip. We called that morning and were set up with an appointment that afternoon! They had SO many gorgeous dresses. I found mine though at the Dylan Parienty trunk show. Thank you guys!!!

If I wrote down every great thing I had to say about the Collection, this review would be a 1000 word essay. I had a dream experience with Shainna. She is everything you want in a bridal dress consultant. She truly listened to me, read my mind and cared more about my dress than maybe even myself. She was very attentive and turned my experience into a wonderful story that I love to tell everyone. She was truly able to understand my needs and picked out the PERFECT dress on her first try. I had that fairytale "it" moment, thanks to her. The staff at The Collection treated me wonderfully and were very flexible with my schedule knowing that I was a long distance bride. The only con I have to say is, my dress broke on my wedding day due to a clasp not being fully sewn on. The dress in the back broke all the way down and I did not get bridal portraits as a result of the time I lost in securing my dress before walking the down the aisle. However, I believe this was more of an alterations issue and not anyones fault. I had a very pleasant experience with The Collection and would choose them over and over. Lastly, they carry a selection of dresses like no other. If you are that classic bride who desires pure elegance and uniqueness, this is the store for you. I give 5 stars to The Collection Bridal.

I went here for my 20-year vow renewal. Christina was amazing and so very patient with me. I went in there so sure of what I wanted and she showed me what I really wanted deep down in my heart. She asked all the right questions and showed a genuine concern that I make the right decision. This bridal shop was not only beautiful but it created a memory that will last a lifetime!

Shainna and the team at The Collection Bridal are absolutely amazing! They have the best selection of gowns to choose from and made me and my family feel so comfortable from the second we walked in. Shainna listened to exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect dress for me! She pulled a dress she thought I had to try, sure enough it ended up being the one! The whole team was super helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

The Collection was my first stop while dress shopping! Nadi listened to what my vision was and by dress three I had found the one I wanted. I went to the next shop and the service was no where near as good as The Collection. The sales person did not listen to me or pull anything remotely close to what I was looking for. The do in house alterations that are very convenient. My mom was late in looking for a dress and they were able to help her find one as well!

The Collection Bridal is hands down the best bridal salon in the Orlando area! This was the first salon I visited in my search for a dress, and the 2nd dress I tried on here ended up being the one! Shainna is AMAZING at styling brides! She listened to what I wanted, and acted as a friend through the whole process. She picked a dress that I wasn’t interested in at all just to see some options, and that ended up being the dress I picked! She had me invision myself walking down the aisle, in the venue, sitting, taking pictures, etc... She even respected my budget! She really goes the extra mile in the whole process. I even went to two other prominent bridal salons in the area the next day and they just did not compare. Go to Collection bridal and you will not regret it!

I had an amazing experience at The Collection Bridal :) Christina was my stylist. She was super nice and beyond helpful. They helped with requesting samples of my dream headpiece and gowns so I can try both on together. They offered all of us champagne each time we went to the store. The store is beautiful and I loved my experience here! Definitely recommend.
