Bridal Collection

Awesome customer service!! These ladies were amazing. From start to finish. I felt the difference of superior service.We visited the wedding dress store at the Collection Bridal in Winter Park a few weeks ago and had the best experience ever. They were all so attentive, professional, fun and knew exactly what daughter wanted. From the moment I walked through the door, they helped us look through all the dresses that was daunting at first, assisted me throughout my time there and made it a unforgettable experience.I definitely recommend coming to this shop!! The Disney Princess Dream:

While looking for a wedding dress, I really struggled until I found The Collection Bridal! I had tried on so many dresses before, but until I stumbled into the Collection, I never realized how many options I truly had, how beautiful I could really be. Thanks to the wonderful ladies to work here, I was able to find the dress of my dreams!! I looked like a completely perfect Disney princess. The dress was so unique, everyone said it matched my personality so well but it was so different from the usual wedding dresses. You’ll find anything that you’re looking for here!! It’s nice to have such a friendly experience, and a really have a moment to step back and know for certain what is perfect for you. They also fitted my dress to me perfectly! We even have customizable options if we liked! The additional head pieces and earrings, bracelets, and veils are all so subtle but add such a powerful look that it completes everything!! They also have completely stunning dresses for all bridesmaids, mothers of the bride and groom, and even some dresses that are so unbelievably gorgeous you could wear them to proms if you really wanted to! You simply must come over and find your Dream dress. I highly recommend these lovely ladies!!!

David Parienty Trunk Show

The Collection was able to fit us in when my mom and I came to Winter Park from an impromptu wedding dress trip. We called that morning and were set up with an appointment that afternoon! They had SO many gorgeous dresses. I found mine though at the Dylan Parienty trunk show. Thank you guys!!!

A Bride's Dream

If I wrote down every great thing I had to say about the Collection, this review would be a 1000 word essay. I had a dream experience with Shainna. She is everything you want in a bridal dress consultant. She truly listened to me, read my mind and cared more about my dress than maybe even myself. She was very attentive and turned my experience into a wonderful story that I love to tell everyone. She was truly able to understand my needs and picked out the PERFECT dress on her first try. I had that fairytale "it" moment, thanks to her. The staff at The Collection treated me wonderfully and were very flexible with my schedule knowing that I was a long distance bride. The only con I have to say is, my dress broke on my wedding day due to a clasp not being fully sewn on. The dress in the back broke all the way down and I did not get bridal portraits as a result of the time I lost in securing my dress before walking the down the aisle. However, I believe this was more of an alterations issue and not anyones fault. I had a very pleasant experience with The Collection and would choose them over and over. Lastly, they carry a selection of dresses like no other. If you are that classic bride who desires pure elegance and uniqueness, this is the store for you. I give 5 stars to The Collection Bridal.

What an amazing experience!

I went here for my 20-year vow renewal. Christina was amazing and so very patient with me. I went in there so sure of what I wanted and she showed me what I really wanted deep down in my heart. She asked all the right questions and showed a genuine concern that I make the right decision. This bridal shop was not only beautiful but it created a memory that will last a lifetime!

Gorgeous gowns and an exceptional team!

Shainna and the team at The Collection Bridal are absolutely amazing! They have the best selection of gowns to choose from and made me and my family feel so comfortable from the second we walked in. Shainna listened to exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect dress for me! She pulled a dress she thought I had to try, sure enough it ended up being the one! The whole team was super helpful and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Only bridal salon you need!

The Collection was my first stop while dress shopping! Nadi listened to what my vision was and by dress three I had found the one I wanted. I went to the next shop and the service was no where near as good as The Collection. The sales person did not listen to me or pull anything remotely close to what I was looking for. The do in house alterations that are very convenient. My mom was late in looking for a dress and they were able to help her find one as well!

The BEST bridal salon in the Orlando area!

The Collection Bridal is hands down the best bridal salon in the Orlando area! This was the first salon I visited in my search for a dress, and the 2nd dress I tried on here ended up being the one! Shainna is AMAZING at styling brides! She listened to what I wanted, and acted as a friend through the whole process. She picked a dress that I wasn’t interested in at all just to see some options, and that ended up being the dress I picked! She had me invision myself walking down the aisle, in the venue, sitting, taking pictures, etc... She even respected my budget! She really goes the extra mile in the whole process. I even went to two other prominent bridal salons in the area the next day and they just did not compare. Go to Collection bridal and you will not regret it!

Amazing Experience

I had an amazing experience at The Collection Bridal :) Christina was my stylist. She was super nice and beyond helpful. They helped with requesting samples of my dream headpiece and gowns so I can try both on together. They offered all of us champagne each time we went to the store. The store is beautiful and I loved my experience here! Definitely recommend.

I really didnt want to do the whole "dress shopping" thing but the Collection Bridal was so patient and sweet they made me feel like i wasn't another bride. I felt special, attended to and gorgeous in my perfect dress. Thank you team!

The Collection Bridal took all the hassle out of bridesmaid dress shopping!! Christina worked with 7 women all over the country and fit them perfectly either in person or over email and phone. I cannot recommend this store and their incredible team enough. If you want an effortless and fashion-forward experience shopping for a wedding dress or bridesmaids dresses etc this is your GO TO. To make things even easier have Christina be your above and beyond bridal guru to truly make all your lavish wedding dreams come true!!!

When I walked in to The Collection Bridal, Christina immediately greeted and assisted me. Her presence was so warm and welcoming! She assisted me with finding the perfect dress. I honestly didn’t think that I was going to find my dress that Saturday. However Christina knew exactly what I was looking for.

Shaina was our stylist and she was amazing! She took me out of my confort zone and that’s where I found my dress! The experience was awesome and memorable! So happy to be a collection bride! If you’re in need of a beautiful wedding gown, look no further!

Christina was AMAZING!!! she helped me pick the dress of my dreams. She also helped me pick a matching belt and head piece. I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. My guests are still raving about my dress 3 months after my wedding!

I had a set budget before I walked in the door. I appreciated being contacted prior to my appointment and asked my budget (which was on the low end of their starting prices). The associate looked at my Pinterest pins and got a feel for the look and style I was seeking. She took the time to select a number of dresses within my price range and style. She allowed me to take my time and make my decision on my own without pressure. I had a wonderful experience and still stayed within my budget! Everyone simply adored my wedding dress!

Shainna was awesome - She was able to help me pick the perfect dress that fit my personality. Very professional, kept it light, was not pushy at all. I've had problems at other stores with salespeople being very aggressive and almost bullying me into buying a dress that day. Shainna was not like that at all, which comes with experience and confidence in one's products.

The Collection Bridal offered us amazing options and personal service that we did not find at other bridal shops and they did it within our budget. My daughter heard about them from a co-worker and honestly we figured with the winter park address it would be out of our price range, but don't let that scare you. Our price was a "mid to high end David's bridal price," but the quality of these dresses is head and shoulders above any chain store and you aren't herded in like cattle. It's best to call ahead for an appointment and have a price in mind when you call. The personal service and attentiveness that we received from Shainna was truly wonderful. She set my daughter at ease and showed her a wide range of dresses and styles in our price range. The results were stunning. We chose to have the dress altered there as well and Shainna was with us every step of the way. Rachel, the seamstress, went to great lengths to make sure the dress was perfect in every way for my daughter. I would highly recommend The Collection Bridal for your wedding dress.

I loved working with the ladies at Collection Bridal. They were very nice and very helpful. I had no idea what i wanted, and we went back 2 times before finding it. When i thought i wanted a different dress that i saw in another location, they ordered in a sample for me so i could compare that to the dress i really liked in their store. It helped me pick the dress i wanted by comparing option. After i picked my dress, the following appointments went great. i recommend them to anyone!

I live in Jacksonville, but bought my dress here so my Mother who lives in the Orlando area could be part of the dress selection. Turns out it was not a wise decision because it was a pain driving back and forth for fittings and pick up near the end, but I do have to say there were fantastic working with my schedule to set appointments. They helped my find a dress within my budget - which I didn't think I would find there - so I was pleasantly surprised. All the staff was really wonderful.

Disclaimer: I'm not a "normal" bride by any stretch of the imagination (I worked in theater costume design and I've seen/made/tried on a ton of dresses in my day). I think I tried on about 80 dresses by the time I hit The Collection. The other bridal shops rushed me through the process and I didn't feel like I was a person, just a number. The fabric on a lot of the dresses elsewhere also felt cheap. At the Collection, Shainna was my bridal consultant and she's a firecracker! We're both about 5'1'' tall, so she understood my needs as both a short bride and someone who has seen A LOT of gowns. I found my Monique Lhuillier dress during a trunk show in May of this year (and I made Shainna work, poor thing, trying on some very heavy dresses). Fast forward, my venue falls through, and my date had to change from early fall to deep winter. I called and spoke with Roya, who told me that, while unusual, she completely understood that everything had changed and the venue went from an outdoor woodland ceremony to a Grand historic library in downtown Baltimore, so she invited me in to try on more venue- and seasonally-appropriate gowns. Shainna called me up and talked to me so she could pick dresses on her end, and even got Monique Lhuillier to SEND my dream gown to them! When I arrived, she gave me a big hug, made me feel so welcome. My mother was unable to be there (I'm originally from DC) so Roya was both a stand-in Mom as well as a great second opinion. They even stayed late with me to get all the measurements and called Monique Lhuillier's production consultant to make sure they could make an adjustment in the dress, just so I would have peace of mind THAT SAME MOMENT when I bought my dress. By the way, it was the one they flew in for me, but that didn't stop us from trying on others "just to be sure." :) Love you guys, you are really top notch! Thank you thank you thank you so much for all your time and energy. Ladies: If you have a generous budget for your gown, seriously

I cannot say enough about how delightful my experience was getting my dress at The Collection! All the ladies were so helpful and patient with me, and made me feel so special. I had only four months till my wedding so I bought a sample that was several inches too big. Lorena, one of the seamstresses, made it fit like a glove! From finding the perfect dress to the final fitting- it was amazing!

They helped me find my perfect dress and bridesmaid dresses! Jessica and Roya were with me every step of the way! I am very indecisive so I kept going back and forth on what I wanted, they were so patient and helpful. I ended up loving the top of one dress and the bottom of another so they worked with the designer to have them piece the two dresses together, and it was perfect. I'm so happy I found my dress at the Collection, the girls there are great!

The ladies at the Collection Bridal are as top notch as their dresses!!! I was the most indecisive bride, and Roya stuck with me through each visit and fitting. She had the best suggestions along the way and really knows her designers and fashion tips! I cannot thank the Collection enough for my GORGEOUS Monique Lhullier dress -- that Roya picked out :) LOVE!

Everyone there was extremely helpful especially since many places had turned me away because I only had about a month to find a dress. I was dead set on finding a short or tea length dress for my Vegas wedding and they absolutely nailed it! They were the only ones who would entertain the idea of altering a long dress to be short, it turned out perfect and was my absolute dream dress. I would recommend letting them choose a few that you wouldn't pick for yourself because they're so knowledgeable on what will fit your figure best! 5 stars for the collection!!!

This was the last of many bridal shops I visited in the hunt for THE dress ! The staff was helpful and unwilling to give up on my dream dress . I was getting ready to leave when the stylist pulled on last dress and insisted I try it on, it was THE dress . I couldn't be more thankful how determined they all were to help my dreams come true !

I can't say enough great things about my experiences at The Collection Bridal. From the time I was a little girl I dreamed of trying on dresses at this store and my dream became a reality when the second dress I tried on became THE dress. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They maintain close contact with you throughout the entire process to keep you updated on your dress and to schedule all of your fittings. Their seamstress is truly a magician and can do amazing things in a short period of time to make sure your dress fits you perfectly. Valentina is probably one of the most genuine people I have ever met. She puts her heart and soul into helping you find the perfect dress and treats you like you're family. She was there by my side throughout every step of the process and I can't thank her enough for all that she did to make my experience one that I will never forget. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the Orlando area!

This was the first place I went to find my dress, and while they have MANY beautiful options to choose from, I didn't find exactly what I was looking for. I had seen a new Inbal Dror dress online that was not yet available in stores. The Collection was having an upcoming Inbal trunk show, and when I showed the girls the picture, they made sure they could get that particular dress in for me to try! A month later, I was able to return and try on the dress, and I purchased it immediately. I worked mainly with Valentina and Jess, and they helped to choose an amazing veil to go with the dress and gave me several jewelry options as well. I got so many compliments on my dress the day of, and I cannot wait to share pictures! The day after the wedding I brought the dress back to the Collection to have it cleaned and preserved since I knew they would take care of me :). The salon is beautiful, everyone is super friendly, and they have the most amazing dresses that you will most likely not find anywhere else. I was planning from out of town, and they were definitely worth the trip! Thank you, ladies <3

The best in town! The ladies are SUCH a joy to work with and I enjoyed every visit I had for my fittings. Also, the alterations were flawless and they did such a BEAUTIFUL job! I highly recommend getting your wedding dress from the collection. It's a Winter Park gem :)

I had been to 3 shops before my appointment here and can say by far this was my best experience. Every dress I tried on was absolUtley gorgeous - unlike everything I've seen at other shops. They way they fit, their accessories for styling, everything was to die for. The staff was so knowledgeable, addressing all my questions about shipping (I was out of town), alterations, accessorizing, etc with such professionalism. I was nervous at first wondering if my budget was too small for the couture-vibe of the store but I had enough dresses to try and found the one!!!

The Collection Bridal and Jessica Fama, my stylist, both deserve 10 STARS!! This place is amazing. they ahve such unique deisgners. This bridal boutique is chic, cozy and comfortable. Everyone gets to know you on a personal basis. I travelled back in forth from Jacksonville Fl for my dress fittings an deach time everything was on point and done in a timely manner. My wedding was a destination wedding and they were so nice and accomodating to do all my alternations in time for me to ship my dress before the wedding date when i needed to. I got everything for my wedding dress attire except my shoes at The Collection Bridal! My accessries, veil was all there for me and Jessica got my style and my vision down to the 't' from the very begininng. I felt comfortable, safe and I trusted her. Love this place an dthe staff and seamtress were all super nice. I expecially love my dress from Inbal Dror and it was just absolutely perfect! Thanks guys, you are the best!!

I could not be happier to be a Collection bride!!

- No other store in Orlando has the exclusive, trendy designers they carry. I found my dress at a trunk show from an Israeli designer - talk about exclusive! I loved having something no other girl in this area would be wearing. They also carry classics like Vera and Monique.
- I knew choosing a wedding dress would be a tough decision for me, but they were SO patient with me!! I tried on about 20 dresses over several appointments and each one was as fun as the next.
- I lost a couple dress sizes after ordering my dress so it needed to be taken in. Their alterations team is SO good!! It took several rounds, and some changes, but they made everything perfect, and they were concerned and thoughtful in making sure it was perfect.
- My consultant Jess is so fun and so good at her job! Everyone at the Collection is nice but I especially loved working with jess.

I can't say enough about the wonderful team at The Collection! From the minute I made my appointment until I picked up my dress - I felt valued and cared for! The best part - they all listened to me. They also never made me feel that because I'm not a size two, they couldn't work with me. We started with dresses that I had photos of - working through things that I thought I would like. Freida is an amazing asset to the store. She listened and guided, but never pushed. With her help - I found the most beautiful and amazing dress. She was able to look at what I liked, and find a dress that met my criteria and accentuated all of my best features. Mimi was there to help get me styled and give me a boost of confidence. I am ready for my wedding in seven weeks because of the Collection.

Love love love The Collection. The ladies there treat you like royalty and made my dress buying experience absolutely magical. My dress was pricey, but I knew this going into this store. They were having a trunk show for THE designer and therefore THE dress I had my eye on for an entire year. They were super helpful and understanding of the fact I was there for one dress and one dress only. They did not try and push more items onto my cart. They were sweet and helpful. They will be handling all my alterations and have even offered to keep my dress throughout this time until I have to pick it up right before the wedding.

From the time I walked in the door Roya was helpful and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I needed shoes for our wedding and came to their shop in a hope that I would finally get the shoes I wanted! She even shopped online with me to make sure that I got what I was looking for. When a wrong shoe was ordered (I ordered the bridesmaid shoes with her too), she made sure and fixed the problem, even though it meant that the store was stuck with an extra pair of shoes. I would recommend anyone to go to this store for any of their wedding attire needs!

My experience at The Collection was amazing! From the moment my Mother and I walked in, they were so welcoming and were able to work with our budget. Nancy sat us down, gave us a glass of wine or water, and truly listened to my vision of my wedding day. She asked me questions like "how do you want your guests to feel?", "what are your colors?", "how do you envision your wedding day?". All of these questions really helped her hand-pick the perfect dresses for me to try on. I fell in love with a Nicole Miller silk trumpet gown, the second dress I tried on. When I walked up onto the mirror step, Nancy then dressed me with a veil, jewels, bouquet, and shoes. She made my look complete and I envisioned myself walking down the aisle to my groom. Absolutely the best customer service I have ever had!

Over the next year of my engagement, I had the pleasure to attend many events at The Collection where the staff always made me feel like I belonged. Roya and Mimi were always giving me hugs and treating me as if I was their daughter who was getting married.
Maria, the seamstress, did a fabulous job. Roya was at every fitting and was making sure the dress was fitting flawlessly.

If you are a Bride who wants a true "experience" of being a valued Bride - head to The Collection. You will be treated like a Princess, your Mother will be so happy, and you will find the dress of your dreams. I know I will continue to "stop by" The Collection for years to come to give those ladies hugs and catch up on married life!

I was never one to dream about my wedding day before getting engaged. I had lived in the Orlando/Winter Park area for a few years after college and every time I passed by the Collection I had dreamed of going in there. When it was time to begin dress shopping, this was the first (and only) place my mom and I went. The staff was beyond helpful.. they kept me within my budget and really helped me try on dresses that fit my body shape/size.

Overall, everything about The Collection was a wonderful experience. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on and had it altered at The Collection. From making me feel special to the perfect alterations, the staff at The Collection were incredible!

The team at The Collection really made the entire dress buying experience so wonderful. They helped me select the perfect dress. (My mother also found her MoB dress there.) The alterations process was also a pleasure. They were able to accommodate modifications to the dress (as I am in a wheelchair) without any hesitation and offered great suggestions on how to make everything look beautiful. I purchased my wedding gown from The Collection only 2 months before my wedding. Frieda, Mimi, and Luz who did the alterations on my dress were absolutely lovely. It was the one and only place I went to look for a dress and they made the entire process a pleasure. I found my dream wedding gown, shoes, accessories, veil, had alterations, and 2 fittings all within 2 weeks on-site. I then drove the dress back to NJ, and itt remained perfect due to the excellent stuffing and hanging of the dress. Everyone at the wedding raved about my gown and how beautiful every detail in it was, and the uniqueness of it. I love Mimi and the girls at The Collection! The whole experience made me feel like a princess! Since I was driving over two hours to get to them for alterations and fittings, they went above and beyond to make as few trips as possible- they even did some alterations while I waited! The Collection is the absolute dream store to find your dress! When you picture the perfect wedding dress store, THIS IS IT! The gowns are gorgeous... they can be pricy since there are designer gowns but they also have ones that are more reasonable. The accessories there are BEAUTIFUL as well! The collection made my Wedding Gown experience absolutely perfect, I couldn't have asked for better service. The manager, Roya, is such a sweet heart she helped us with everything and if anything was off she made sure it got fixed. Also the lady that alters the Gowns is very nice but even better she made my Gown perfect, I believe her name was Luz. I have had past dealings with THE COLLECTION for other weddings I have participated in. When I finally got engaged, I knew it would be one of the stores I would consider for my wedding dress. I made a trip to the store with my mom, expecting to "begin" the process and see what was out there for wedding dresses. But on that first shopping trip, I surprisingly found my wedding dress and it was smooth sailing from then on.

I have to tell you that the customer service at THE COLLECTION has greatly increased and it is single-handedly due to them bringing on "Mimi" as a consultant. She is AMAZING!!! She also respects a bride's pricerange and doesn't try to upsell you anything you can't afford. At first, I wasn't liking any dresses I was trying on, but then Mimi pulled a dress and had a "vision" for how we could alter and customize it. She said "trust me" and I definitely did. We ended up taking off the satin belt and replacing it with a beautiful crystal encrusted belt that was a showstopper. We also ordered extra fabric and added removable straps so I was covered for the church ceremony. Mimi also suggested an amazing extremely long and detailed veil, which just topped off the overall look. And last of all, some amazing larger pearl and crystal dangle earrings. Ordering the dress and paying for the dress and accessories was simple and we had no problems with everything arriving on time. I was also able to have my alterations done in the store and I thought the pricing was a good value. Overall, I was able to get an amazing custom dress, while staying in my budget.

Mimi helps dress brides from head-to-toe and that is what makes the difference. She concentrates on an entire "look" for your wedding day. Her customer service and responsiveness is amazing and you can tell she loves what she does and loves all of her brides.

I would say that THE COLLECTION used to be a good store, but now it is a GREAT store because of Mimi. Brides-to-be you will not be dissapointed!

Wow The Collection was amazing! I loved my shopping experiance with Roya and she truly made me feel like a bride. I was allowed to tweak my dress a little bit from the sample that I tried on which allowed me to order my dream dress, however; the thing that impressed me most of all was that a week prior to my wedding I tried on my dress and realized I had lost too much weight from my last fitting and the dress no longer fit (a good problem to have but still a problem). I called The Collection and they told me they were clearing their schedule and to just bring it in and they would make it work. I brought it in 3 days before my wedding on my drive up to my wedding venue and they had me in and out with a perfectly altered dress in an hour and a half - wow talk about service!

I live in Gainesville, so to get a better variety of wedding gowns I went to Orlando to look - so happy I did! The Collection was suggested to me by a friend of mine who ordered her gown from there. As they carry Vera Wang, I was worried that they might not have dresses within my price range but I was dead wrong. I tried on a gorgeous Paloma Blanca that we all feel in love with, and it happened to be very reasonably priced. They were amazing to work with for the alterations, as I wanted their seamstress to work on it and they knew I lived in Gainesville. They did all the alterations in one fitting, so I didn't have to drive down so much, and it also saved me money. I also found my earrings there from (surprisingly) the Disney wedding collection. Was very pleased with them - sweet ladies as well! Great to work with.

When I was little, I used to say to my mother that I was going to have a Vera Wang dress... I about died when I looked at the dress I had tried on and fell in love with to find that it was made by Vera Wang. The Collection staff is wonderful and have all types of dresses and of all prices. Beautiful Wedding Dress

This was my second time using the Collection Bridal, and I came back to them because they did such a phenomenal job when I got married in 2004. This wedding dress was absolutely stunning! The only little hiccup was when the woman who does the alterations didn't remember to put a belt inside the dress, so that it fit my waist more snuggly. When it was brought to her attention, she did it, but it was still a little big around my waist. I was told that it's because my chest is too big, which I understand, but I would have liked for it to be taken in more. My husband, daughters, and many others cried at the site of my wedding dress, so overall it was a hit!

Dream dress

My wedding dress from the Collection is out of a fairy tale. But a dress can sell itself, so the true review is for Shaina, my stylist. She knew exactly what dresses to show me with only a few words I used to describe my style. She knew when to slow down the fitting process for me when I was getting overwhelmed. She knew how to pair gorgeous jewelry with my dress to make all of the details pop. This is a diamond of a wedding dress boutique with lovely stylists.

This store has more high-end designers than any other bridal store in the Tampa/Sarasota/Orlando area. They had lazaro, inbal dror, vera wang, etc.

The Collection was so dreamy! The staff made me and my family and friends feel so at home and made gown shopping so much fun! The price point is on the higher end, but the quality of gowns is impeccable!

I had been unsure about going to The Collection at first. Other dress shops told me that my budget was too low for the store and that the people at The Collection would put me in a $10,000 dress that I would love and have to have but obviously would not be able to afford. Boy were those people WRONG. I would 100% recommend working with Diane if you go into The Collection. Diane knew my budget from the start and was so sweet in making sure that I found the dress of my dreams for my budget. One time I strayed and picked a dress that she knew I couldn't afford and she wouldn't let me try it on (not in a mean way - just in a way that was like "you know you would be sacrificing a lot for this dress and it isn't worth it). In the end, I found the dress of my dreams. I would recommend Diane and not anyone else because when I went in for my first fitting, I did have another girl helping me and she was in no way as good as Diane. The other women I've noticed to be a little stuffy. Like I said, make sure to get Diane and I'm sure you'll be happy. Oh! Another to note - I had no idea about the cost of alterations and it did come as a complete suprise to me. $350 to alter my dress was a bit of a shock but they did do a good job.

Fantastic selection. The whole staff treated me and my bridesmaids like royalty! They adjusted their schedule (opened on "closed" days) to make sure everyone could get to their fittings. Everything was beautiful and the staff was wonderful to work with.

The staff at The Collection made me feel like a princess! They were always very helpful and caring when I would call or visit the store. My first dress appointment was perfect! They showed me a variety of dresses, some I was invisioning and some I had no idea I liked. They made my mom and maid of honor feel relaxed and we had a lot of fun! They are thankfully open on Sundays so we were able to go back and purchase my gown the day after I tried it on. My dress fittings were fast and easy. I had some many compliments on my dress!!

I scoured a few cities looking for my gown. Unlike most brides, I did purchase the one I came in looking to try on. The ladies at The Collection were fabulous every step of the way. When they knew I was in love with my gown just not the neckline, they got on the phone to see if the designer would customize it. Thankfully, they would and my gown was PERFECT. I also used them for alterations and that woman is a miracle worker. My gown looked absolutely amazing. My bride's maids' gowns were also from The Collection. They offered the best price, plus my girls got 10% off because I had bought my gown there. Definitely check this shop out if you are looking for your gown. Their selection is amazing.

On the day I had an appointment, so did every other bride in Central Florida! It was very crowded, but the lady working with me still found a way to make it feel very special and like I was the only bride in there! I was so happy to find my dress on the first visit. They were very easy to work with. I did not have my fittings there, as I live out of town, so I can't comment on that. They did order a sample of the fabric for both my mother and I so we could use it to match for other things. Thank you.

With most clothing, I strongly believe you pay for what you get. While the Collection is certainly not the shop for a girl looking for a brand new wedding dress for under $1000, it is the perfect place for someone who wants to wear a truly luxurious wedding gown. It is clear from the selection of samples that the Collection values quality of fabric and construction. The staff was professional and pleasant. Overall, I highly recommend shopping at the Collection.

I did get my dress from The Collection and there are two part of the story.

I went in for an appointment, my first wedding dress appointment with my mother. I was excited because I saw they were the only shop in Orlando that carried YSA and I saw a YSA dress I loved. When I got there, they didn't have that sample. That is ok, but she then proceeded to have me try on a bunch of things that didn't work and weren't really close to what I wanted and was way over budget. I came in with 3-5 and it was ok to go a little over 5 if it was THE dress and many of the dresses were twice that amount. (Good news is that I have noticed their inventory has changed a lot and for the better since that initial appointment.) They didn't have many YSA dresses to try on and being a size 12 the ones they did have I couldn't move in. I left feeling defeated and upset.

I went to many other places and had much better experiences than my first visit at the collection but I couldn't decide on my dress. It was because the YSA Makino dress was in my mind. It was the dress. After seeing the prices of everything else I thought my dress would be too expensive at the collection. So I emailed the girl that helped me at that first appointment about the YSA dress and if I could try it on somehow. Only to find out she didn't work there anymore (good, she was either burned out or not right for that job) but then I got Christina. Thank god for Christina.

She got me a sample of my dress in!!! As soon as I put it on I knew. It was my dress. My mother was crying. It was the moment.

Thank goodness it all worked out! I loved my dress and it was close to my budget! Thank you for making it right in the end colllection!!!!

Such a cute bridal boutique with so many beautiful dresses. Pretty pricey but worth it. They were very flexible with dress fittings. They have shoes and accessories as well which was nice to play around with different designs.

My bridesmaids dresses were from the Collection. They were supposed to order my dresses and then called me a couple of days later and asked what ribbon color I wanted (then actually placed the order for my dresses). The sizing on my bridesmaids dresses was weird and my bridesmaids had to tell them what size. Other than that, they were professional and the dresses came in on time and where what we ordered.

The ladies at the Collection are wonderful. I picked out my Vera Wang dress in NYC, and they were able to order it and give me a better deal. They will work with you and help you become the princess you want to be on your big day.

I was lucky to find a red wedding dress at this store. It was the only one they had... but it was "the one" when I tried it on. The dress was on sale, so the price was as reasonable as you can expect for a wedding dress. The alterations department was great, though perhaps a little pricey.
I guess the only complaint I could have is some difficulty in communicating (especially since I live 2 hours away), and that's probably based on a little bit of a "snooty" approach. I think it's just part of the culture in the store - which I saw in many bridal stores anyways, so it's not unique or really that big of a deal.
I was also frustrated because I was told by one associate that it was not possible to bustle the dress ... but, once I got it after my final fitting (and only a week until my wedding)... and was desperate for a bustle... I was told it was no problem at all to add.
A little bit of an unnecessary frustration that could have been eliminated by not trying to rush me out the door the first time I asked, and we could have done the addition right away..... or if the associate would have just checked with alterations rather than just answering the question.... - but, eh, all in all, I got a great dress.

The space is a bit cramped - it will depend on your salesperson is for the quality of service. The dresses are absolutely beautiful.

With only one scheduling mishap, the Collection did great job with working around my schedule (from Tampa) and the alterations were perfect. The group there was a pleasure to work with and was extremely helpful guiding brides in the right direction when working within a budget.

The best collection of gowns if you are looking for the best - not a place you go to find a deal. Altogether I spent nearly $6,500 at the shop. The quality of my dress was amazing - it took a long time to get the dress from the designer and I felt that it would have been nice to receive something from the actual designer (even if just a cookie cutter letter). Alterations were expensive but my dress was intricate so that's probably why. I'd absoluetly recommend this shop for teh upscale bride.
