With 27 years of experience specializing in bridal alterations, our goal is to make every bride feel special, confident, and beautiful wearing their dream dress on the most special day! Meet Lorena, the artist behind Royalty Design:
Born in Chile, raised in Venezuela, and living in Orlando, FL for the past 13 years, with 38 years of experience in sewing, 27 years specializing in bridal gowns, Lorena has dedicated her career to the art of creating, altering, and transforming beautiful garments. My journey has taken me from working with brides and bridal boutiques to collaborating with some of the most recognized names in bridal fashion. My experience includes working with gowns by Vera Wang, Monique Lhuillier, Carolina Herrera, Reem Acra, Lazaro, Inbal Dror, Netta Benshbau, Enaura, Dany Tabet, Galia Lahav, and other distinguished designers.
I love creating meaningful transformations, from adding custom sleeves, straps, lace, and intricate details to creating veils and bridal accessories, redesigning heirloom gowns, and turning an existing wedding dress into something new and beautiful.
For me, the most rewarding part of my work is seeing the bride put on her gown, look in the mirror, and smile because she finally feels exactly the way she imagined she would.
