About

Welcome to the Chapel of St. Maximilian Kolbe, a wedding officiating service based out of Pasadena, California. We are a radically inclusive mission chapel, welcoming all! We don't impose artificial barriers to any of the sacraments, including marriage! Love is the key and the labels imposed by our society aren't a stumbling block for us. Let us help you celebrate and give honor to your wedding.

Fr. Dylan and Rev. MJ will be happy to help you create a ceremony that is uniquely you.

Services Offered

The Chapel of St. Maximilian Kolbe is rooted in Anglican and Catholic tradition, though we invite couples of all faith traditions (or no faith tradition at all!) to talk to us about what we can do to make your day special. Let us make this a day you will remember for years to come!

Father Dylan is wonderful.

My husband and I had a hard time looking for a priest to officiate our wedding because they kept asking us for certificates. We found Father Dylan on this website and we explained to him our situation and our ideas for our ceremony. He listened and he made it happen. Thank you Father Dylan for listening and for being patient with us. We truly appreciate you and we will never forget you.

Compassion and Service

We have had the privilege of working with Rev. Dylan Littlefield twice in the past year. In December/January, he provided comfort and spiritual guidance to my wife and I when our family experienced the sudden illness and passing of my wife's brother. Rev. Littlefield also stepped in to provide a beautiful Catholic memorial service for him. It was a very difficult time, particularly for my wife and Rev. Littlefield graciously supported us with empathy and compassion.
In May, Rev. Littlefield helped us celebrate the much more joyous occasion of our wedding. We were overjoyed at his announcement that he had been ordained and could officiate. It was a Roaring 20's themed LGBTQ+ wedding and Rev. Littlefield went out of his way to don era-appropriate attire as well as choose affirming scripture readings from the Book of Ruth. Additionally, he prepared wonderful programs that were handed out to guests for the ceremony and will serve as a sentimental memento of the day.
In both instances, Rev. Littlefield was communicative and responsive. He ensured that the celebrations met our needs and our expectations. He is kind, compassionate, down-to-earth and genuine. We are fortunate to be able to call on Rev. Littlefield for life's celebrations.
We're all about trust. Our community relies on honest reviews to help you make those big decisions with ease.
