They were wonderful to work with and were allowed me to not worry about that portion of the wedding as they had everything covered. All the guests raved about the food and they service was excellent. I appreciate everything they did to make my day special.

AWESOME vendor!! Char was great to work with! She returned my calls and messages promptly and really worked with us as far as getting the best food/ menu for our budget. She even helped me decorate Snow Trails and and had her staff put out our favors and took care of a few other last minute details. She helped us keep things moving at the reception. The food was awesome! When people walked in to the room where the buffet stations were set up they my husband and I heard a lot of "Wow, look at all this!" "This looks great" and when we checked with our guests they all wanted to know who did the catering. We will defiantly be eating at the restaurant in the future.

The Cabin was a good choice for a wedding caterer since they were familiar with our venue at Mohican Gardens. Their staff treated our guests well and were very helpful with serving and bar tending. One downfall was that the food at the wedding tasted a little different compared to when we went for our tasting. The guests still had good things to say about the food, although I feel as though it was a little overcooked and the flavors were off. Other than that, Char was very professional to work with and the set up of the tables looked great!
