An absolutely fantastic staff! Everyone made sure our day ran smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The team went above and beyond for us and we are so grateful for that!

Our wedding at the Bradford Estate was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The venue itself is stunning — the grounds, ballroom, and overall atmosphere made our day feel elegant, romantic, and truly magical. Every detail photographed beautifully, and our guests are still talking about how gorgeous everything was.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the incredible staff. Rob, Kaylyn, and Mary Ann went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process and on our wedding day itself. They were organized, attentive, calming, and genuinely cared about making our day special. Their professionalism and kindness made everything feel seamless and stress-free, which allowed us to fully enjoy every moment.
We are so grateful we chose the Bradford Estate for such an important day in our lives. It exceeded every expectation, and we could not recommend this venue and team more highly to future couples!

We had the absolute best experience with The Bradford Estate—it truly exceeded every expectation we had for our wedding day.
From start to finish, they handled everything seamlessly: the stunning outdoor ceremony space, reception ballroom, tables and chairs, linens, décor, bar, food, cocktail hour, tableware, and more, PLUS an incredible team including the Maitre’D, bridal attendant, and coordinators. The level of execution across every detail—big and small—was nothing short of exceptional.
They have the most amazing “Bridal Suite” area ever, and we made sure to take full advantage of this!
On behalf of my husband McKinley and our families, we felt so genuinely taken care of the entire day, and what meant even more was hearing our guests echo that same sentiment. We’ve received nonstop glowing feedback about the food, drinks, service, and overall experience. We attend a lot of weddings and had very high expectations—and The Bradford Estate far exceeded them in every way.
A very special thank you to Mary Ann (Maitre’D), Kaylyn (coordinator), and Hannah (bridal attendant), who were all absolutely incredible. Mary Ann and Hannah, in particular, made everything feel effortless—they were there for every detail, from helping with my bustle and veil to making sure we had drinks in hand while getting ready. They somehow managed to keep everything perfectly on schedule while creating such a calm, joyful atmosphere. What could have felt chaotic instead felt completely seamless and celebratory because of them.
It was truly a flawless experience, and one we will never forget. We are so grateful for the entire team and would recommend The Bradford Estate to anyone looking for a wedding venue that delivers excellence at every level.

The Bradford Estate exceeded every expectation I had for my wedding day. The level of service, care, and professionalism was truly exceptional. Mary Ann, our Maitre d’, was the most wonderful person I could have hoped to work with. Her deep knowledge, thoughtfulness, and proactive approach made the entire day feel seamless. She recommended smart adjustments to our timeline, accommodated very specific food requests, and went out of her way to ensure my husband and I had a quiet moment to eat together before the festivities began. She even helped me change into comfortable shoes and provided aprons so we could enjoy our meal without worrying about our outfits. Mary Ann went above and beyond in every possible way, and I would hire her for any future event in a heartbeat. I would get married at the Bradford again just for the chance to work with her. I also had incredibly positive experiences with Kaylynn, my wedding coordinator, and Hannah, my bridal attendant. Having a dedicated, highly capable team supporting us throughout the day was a huge perk. They managed logistics, coordinated with vendors, and handled every detail so smoothly that the entire day felt effortless. The Bradford Estate is truly an all‑inclusive venue. I was pleasantly surprised by how many services they provided beyond what was outlined in our contract. The venue itself is beautiful, and despite having a March wedding, they thoughtfully arranged gorgeous planters and blooms to elevate our outdoor photos. I wholeheartedly recommend touring the Bradford Estate and choosing it for your wedding. They made our day unforgettable.

My husband and I had a wonderful wedding at The Bradford Estate. The venue is gorgeous and beautifully tended, with distinct areas for your outdoor ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Off the bat, the venue handles and provides so much for you. They give you so many choices on food, cake, cocktails, linens, napkins, card boxes, centerpieces, chairs, and so much more. As a fairly anxious person, having so much already taken care of helped alleviate stress as our day drew closer.

They sent us home with SO much food. I know it’s hard to imagine what life after the big day looks like, but I assure you when the post-wedding exhaustion hits, you will be so thrilled by this. We received a few of every single cocktail hour hors d’oeuvre, one of every entree on our menu that evening, and a selection of the non-meltable desserts. Needless to say, our wedding was days ago and we still have not yet needed to cook.

While all of the “stuff” provided is important and contributed to our amazing day, what really elevated our experience was the staff. Robert, Kaylyn, Mary Ann, Hannah, the chef, bartenders, and servers made an already excellent experience completely unforgettable. Rob gave us our initial tour and was always there to check-in, provide updates, and offer suggestions or advice as the day drew near. Kaylyn coordinated with our vendors, kept us organized, was always super quick with responding to us, and made our vision for the day come to life. Mary Ann, our maitre’d, was the biggest ray of sunshine. She executed every aspect of our day beautifully. She made sure guests were where they needed to be, got the delicious food out efficiently, and still always had time to check-in and crack jokes with us. And Hannah, our groom (‘bridal’) attendant was like our fairy godmother for the day. After our day had passed, we mentioned that we never really interacted with any of the bar staff or servers that evening. That really is a testament to how attentive Hannah was; she was never more than a few steps away from us at all times making sure we had any and everything we could want or need.

As a same-sex couple, we were admittedly nervous and cautious when meeting staff as we initially toured venues. As we toured places, we noticed there was a difference between just being willing to accommodate those who don’t fit the traditional mold and actually embracing people’s differences. The Bradford Estate was definitely the latter. We never once felt any different or less than or like we had to explain any part of ourselves or what we wanted. They were happy to both share in and showcase our love. All of the staff genuinely shared in our enthusiasm for our day. We wholeheartedly recommend the Bradford Estate!

On the wedding day, Hannah, Kaylyn, and Mary Ann were nothing short of incredible. They were attentive, kind, organized, and always one step ahead. Because of them, everything ran flawlessly and we were able to fully relax and enjoy our day without worry.

And the food—absolutely delicious! From cocktail hour to dinner, everything was outstanding, and our guests are still raving about it. The quality and presentation exceeded all expectations.

I don’t even know where to start, the Bradford Estate was the absolute best decision we made for our wedding! They blew everyone else we looked at out of the water. Not only are the ceremony space and grounds kept so beautifully, but the real charm is the staff. Every single person we worked with was kind and accommodating. Rob, Kaylyn, Mary Ann, and Hannah made sure we had every single thing we needed from the moment we signed with them through the whole wedding night. To all of you, we are so, so grateful for making our wedding truly special!

Their chef also did an especially fabulous job with the food. We had a LOT of dietary restrictions and allergies within our guest list, and they made sure that every single person had food. And he had no problem making substitutes to the food we served, and there was not a single issue! We also got so many surprised people commenting to us about being offered seconds.

They truly are an all-inclusive venue too (wedding cake, signs, decor set-up, centerpieces, maitre d’, bridal attendant, and so much more), and it made the whole process of wedding planning so much easier because we both really are not planners. If you want a wedding venue and staff who truly make your wedding day easy, seamless, all about you you can’t go wrong with the Bradford!

The bradford estate was everything we could have imagined. The day was so smooth and we didn't have to worry about a thing. They asked us the day of if we wanted the ceremony in/out. My questions were answered extremely quick. The staff was so amazing. Maryann and Hannah were there for everything we needed. Rob and kaylin were behind the scenes. They coordinated with all the vendors and even made signs for us. My friends and family raved about all the amazing food we had and the awesome ice cream bar.  Bradford even had some decor for us to use. It was truly the best day ever and we would recommend our venue to anyone! 

Everything went as discussed, but even better than exceptations, from the moment we arrived to venue to the end of the night, our families & criend are still calling to say " it was the Best wedding they have attended ." They executed our vision and them some, to the warmth & professionalism of each staff member our guess were welcomed and their needs were meet if they required any without any reservations. I would highly suggest this venue to all.

I honestly can’t say enough good things about The Bradford Estate! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Robert and Kaylyn were amazing to work with while setting everything up, they were super organized, easy to talk to, and made the whole planning process feel totally stress-free. They guided us every step of the way and were quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had. Everytime we stepped into The Bradford Estate, we were greeted with their friendly faces and they made us feel so special and important.

On the day of our wedding, Mary Ann and Hannah were absolute angels. They were always one step ahead of everything, making sure we had what we needed, keeping everything on schedule, and just being all-around awesome people to have by our side. I actually got to relax and enjoy the day because of them!

The food was delicious, our guests had the best time, and everything ran so smoothly. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing. If you’re looking for a venue that truly takes care of you and makes your day feel effortless, I cannot recommend The Bradford Estate enough. They made our day unforgettable!
