Carlos and the team were extremely flexible and accommodating when booking for our wedding. They truly want you and your guests to enjoy themselves and are extremely happy to work with you! Carlos was also very fast to reply and make changes! They’re true experts and can help you execute you’re vision for whichever budget you fall into. Oh qnd the cocktails are insanely good!!!! 10/10 recommend.

This group was amazing and made our wedding so special. They were easy to work with, keeping us in the loop every step of the way. We never had a doubt that our drinks and bar would be anything short of perfect! We had to make some last minute changes and they were flexible and made everything work! Our signature drinks were a hit and they made sure to honor all our preferences and requests. After the wedding, everyone was talking about how much fun our wedding was, and I think the Bartender Company was a big part of that. The whole process was so well managed- it was such a relief to not have to worry about the bartending service. They arrived on time, were setup quickly and were so lovely and friendly and made delicious drinks.

Carlos and his team are incredible! His communication is fantastic. His team showed up on my wedding day and nailed every detail with out any hiccups. I had over 200 guest and there was never a wait. All of my guest kept telling me how nice all of the bartenders were and how great the drinks were.

We booked The Bartender Company for our wedding reception on 8/19/17 and it was one of the best decisions we made. Carlos and his team are the most professional vendors we worked with during our entire wedding planning process. From booking to bar breakdown this company exceeded my expectations.

We held a venue walk through with all of our vendors and Carlos was on time, and had excellent input on how and where the bar should be set up in the venue. My hubby had a special request to have Yamazaki whiskey provided for the VIP (wedding party) at our reception and Carlos did not disappoint, complete with a password required to order the special whiskey at the bar (love that!). I was most grateful that booking with The Bartender Company meant complete all inclusive services. They provided the staff, insurance, glassware, alcohol, mixers, signage, table decor, tables and linen...EFFORTLESS!!!!

We gave Carlos a few ideas of our favorite drinks and he created 3 signature drinks that were a huge hit the whole night.

Now onto the amazing bartenders, Andy, Gigi and Dane...these guys were for lack of a better word, perfect! Here is a direct quote from our wedding planner "They were awesome to work with! I am still in awe with how quickly they set things up and how smooth of a transition it was. They left the bar area spotless and were able to break everything down rapidly! They'll definitely receive future business recommendations from me!" All of our guests RAVED (wish I could bold and underline) about how wonderful the bar service was!

My contact was Carlos leading up to the wedding, he was incredibly responsive the entire time leading up to the wedding. Every question we had he was able to answer, and when guests #s changed that was no problem too. Carlos had Bobby and Andy (the bartenders for the day) show up at least 2-3 hours before they were contracted to start which was so nice since it was such a hot day, they allowed us to get water. Since we were so busy we did not go up to the bar but Andy/Bobby came up to us to make sure we got to taste our signature drink (a sangria). Our guests were so happy with the servers and the drinks. Everyone had a good time. Thank you so much!
