The Barns at Cooper Molera is an all-inclusive venue, providing catering, bar packages, service staff, equipment: e.g. dinnerware, glassware, tables, wood chairs, linens, heaters, and much more.

Our priority is to ensure the entire process is stress-free and beautiful experience for you and your loved ones. Your dedicated event manager will liaison with your hand selected vendors, design your floor plan, oversee the setup and breakdown, and orchestrate your timeline. Our team will ensure a seamless planning process and a truly unforgettable celebration!


Facilities and Capacity
The Barns at Cooper Molera is a historic property comprised of the orginal classic barn, adobe structures, lush garden, and beautiful outdoor terraces for your ceremony and reception. Prior to your ceremony, our staff will welcome you into your private VIP loft for finishing touches and your "getting ready" photos. Your luxury bridal suite is equipped with modern amenities, and refreshments. The Barns at Cooper Molera can accommodate up to 300 wedding guests.

Services Offered
The Barns at Cooper Molera provides amazing offerings in our menu/bar packages such as appetizers for cocktail hour, complimentary vendor meals and complimentary cake cutting. Our most popular bar package includes signature cocktails and an open bar for the entire reception. Also included is a dedicated event manager, set up crew, bartenders, servers and culinary team dedicated to your wedding day! We also provide upgraded amenities e.g. beautiful house linens & napkins, bentwood chairs, elevated glassware and flatware, market lights, ceremony arch, heaters for outdoor terraces, we have a long list of amazing house equipment that is included in your package.

Part garden party, part rustic elegance

The Barns was the perfect venue and the Events by Classic team members were the perfect hosts. Part garden party, part rustic elegance, the grounds were perfect for our 200 person wedding. The layout was great, accommodating for the different “events” of the night. Makenna, our designated event manager, was incredible. She worked closely with our wedding planner to ensure the day followed the timeline we planned for and all the details were executed on. The food was without a doubt the best food we have ever had at a wedding. Many of our guests shared the same sentiment. The bar tenders, waitstaff, and security were wonderful. We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding. Thank you to all who made our wedding magic.

The only place any couple should get married!

Truthfully the best experience ever. My (now) husband and I have very demanding jobs and didn't want a wedding planning experience that would consume us and take us away from why we were getting married. The Barns not only provides a beautiful canvas to build your own experience, it has everything you need- catering, bar services, coordinator, and so many fun experiences throughout the planning process (food tasting, etc). We had SO many people tell us, call us, text us, after saying that was the best food they've ever had. 10000000000% recommend and would do it all over again!

Fantastic food, drink, and people!

Overall we were incredibly happy with our choice of the Barns to host our wedding this past summer. We’d attended a lovely wedding at Perry House the prior fall and Events by Classic team came recommended by that couple, so we were cautiously optimistic and they didn’t disappoint.

Weddings are gob-smackingly expensive these days and while far from cheap, we felt that our dollars here were well spent. The food and beverage were top notch, their team worked closely with us to accommodate specific requests, and we never felt nickel-and-dimed after we were in contract with them. Even after we committed the cardinal sin of getting cold feet on our initial venue choice a few days after signing, they treated us more than fairly and we were able to rebook from Monterey Beach House to the Barns with minimal penalty.

Charlene, the Events by Classic Coordinator whom we worked with, was fantastic and did a stellar job all around. Between our use of EBC’s preferred vendors—all of whom were great—and Charlene’s orchestration of food, beverage, venue, and furnishings meant that we were able to forgo hiring a dedicated coordinator while still being able to enjoy our big day and feel well taken care of. The only bump we encountered was a delay in the dinner service that crunched the back end of the timeline and ate into dancing, but this was a minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic and magical day.
