Located in Princeton, WV. We offer a custom-built climate-controlled wedding barn with a bridal suite, groom's room & caterer prep kitchen located on 100 acres of beauty! We want to make planning for your wedding less stressful by offering you 3 full days to decorate, rehearse and celebrate one of the BIGGEST days of your life. We provide all of the extras for FREE! We include props, decorations, tables, chairs & linens! ADA compliant & up to 175 indoor occupancies.

Our Perfect Day

From the moment we met Mike & Delta we had an outpouring love from the both of them. They extended more than their time to help our day be perfect. It was truly a magical day and we can’t thank them or recommend this venue enough. Everything about it is beautiful and perfect.

May 18th Ritchie Wedding

Our wedding was May 18th and we still can’t get over how amazing this venue was! Mike and Delta truly go above and beyond to make sure that the day runs smoothly down to every little detail. The bridal suite and decor room is seriously unbelievable. So many people complimented Mike and Delta about how they treated us all like family! From Mike throwing my veil up for pictures to Delta fixing my dress before I walked down the aisle and literally everything in between. We could never truly express how thankful we are that we chose this venue for such an unforgettable day. 🤍

Barn on Unity Farm

Mike and Delta were the sweetest and make you feel like family. The barn is absolutely stunning. I could not recommend it enough. Our wedding day could not have been more perfect.
