The 5th Venue is 3,500 square feet in size with excellent versatility for floor plans and a neutral backdrop for creating the desired atmosphere. This event space has climate control as well as men's and women's restrooms. These premises also feature a full kitchen with a full-size refrigerator for a caterer to prepare wedding dining. Street parking is available for a couple and their guests.

Services Offered

The 5th Venue staff offers a variety of event rentals to assist a couple in preparing for their wedding celebrations. These include 10 60" round tables, three four-foot rectangle tables, chairs, and a DJ booth. Caterers can make use of three serving racks and a small portable bar (alcoholic beverages not included). In addition to weddings, these premises also accommodate graduations, graduation parties, prom send-offs, communions, birthdays, reunions, quinceañeras, sweet sixteens, and other iconic events. This space is also available to host creative events such as photo sessions, dance classes, fitness classes, networking meetups, pop-up shops, community meetings, and conferences.
