The best decision I made was hiring Kayla as my Day of Coordinator.
I love to plan and be organized so I debated for a long time on whether getting a coordinator would be necessary but I’m so happy I listened to other brides advice and booked Kayla.
As a DOC, Kayla was to respond to any call or questions within 2 weeks of our wedding and be there to help on the wedding day too, but she did much more than that.
She still answered questions prior to those 2 weeks as I was dealing with Covid related last minute changes. She was flexible with our change of venue, our change from indoors to outdoors and other little last minute details.
She was always on time and professional and it was obvious from the start that she knew what she was doing.
She made my wedding day look exactly like I had envisioned and was wonderful at making sure the day went along to the timeline.
At the end of the day, she packed up all of our decorations and left them in our room so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
I could not be more thankful for her help, patience, attention to detail and communication skills.

Kayla is reliable, efficient, trustworthy and dedicated! By far the best, she made sure our day was memorable and absolutely perfect. From the very beginning she made it clear that she wanted the day to be stress free and she did exactly that for my husband and I. I was also fortunate enough to have her assistance for my wedding shower which also turned out amazing (I had my own ice cream truck!). Kayla truly goes above and beyond for her clients!
