My husband and I hired Kayla to help us plan our wedding given we did not live in the area, and I couldn't be more glad we did. Kayla made our wedding day run smoothly and our vision come to life. She was always available when I texted her about ideas, vendors, or questions. I think what stood out to me and my husband the most was how much she cared about us, especially on our wedding weekend. On our wedding day, Kayla made sure we knew that the day was for us and she would handle the rest. This allowed us and our parents to enjoy our night like we should. We couldn't recommend Kayla enough! -

Kayla was our month-of coordinator for our Oct 2025 wedding and she was phenomenal start to finish. She spent some time with me a few weeks out digesting and truly understanding my design expectations and vision down to when I wanted to have a cocktail. But the real magic came at the wedding. Multiple people told me that everything felt flawless—that was all Kayla. She's always right there when you need her and even thought of repurposing tables and decoration during the wedding that I never thought of. She's creative, professional, but most of all a joy to work with. -

I cannot express how amazing Kayla was during our wedding process. We had our wedding at Lavender Ridge and the day could not have been more beautiful and perfect. We had her services 6 months prior to the wedding and she guided us through wedding planning and made the process so simple and feel a lot less daunting. On the day of our wedding she not only brought my vision to life, but the day ran incredibly smooth. (Multiple people came up to us and said they have never been to a wedding so seamless!) She anticipated every need on the day of (before I even knew what I needed!) and was so in tune with every detail and aspect of the day. We could go on forever with all of the amazing things we have to say about her but we couldn’t have pulled off the day without her. I recommend her without hesitation to anyone considering hiring a planner/coordinator. -

My husband and I can't say enough good things about Kayla! As our month-of-coordinator, she handled all the fine-tuned details that we had not thought about and took over coordinating with our vendors and making the timeline. She handled every detail and it made us feel like guests at our wedding! Kayla was there at our final walk-through, ran the rehearsal, and kept our day running smoothly. We even had a groomsman bail the day before and a bridesmaid run 45 minutes late to pictures, and she handled it seamlessly, so I was not stressed at all, even under those circumstances.
Kayla went above and beyond. A few months before the wedding, I ran into a stressful vendor issue, and Kayla helped me make a decision that ultimately reduced most of the stress I had before the wedding. She did not have to do that. It was before the month, but she genuinely cares for her clients and wanted to help us.
Moreover, we were able to turn off our phones on the wedding day, relax, and enjoy every moment because we knew Kayla had everything under control. The day was perfect, and we were so sad when 10 p.m. hit, ha! Many guests complimented the wedding and said it was perfect and the best wedding they had been to! They had so much fun and complimented Kayla on her role in the big day!
My husband and I are from Connecticut with our families in the northeast so we had little help. Kayla was our person! Hiring Kayla was the best decision we made for our wedding and we could not have done it without her! We are so grateful for Kayla and will never forget what she has done for us! -

Kayla is THE wedding planner of the century. Kayla was our day-of coordinator which meant that she provided services the month leading up to the wedding the coordinate all the vendors and tie up all the inevitable loose ends. Kayla went above and beyond the call of duty, taking calls many months prior to the our wedding to help give wedding industry advice and advice for various vendors. We was able to offer sound advice and we were able to get very favorable outcomes thanks to Kayla's advice and guidance. Kayla was a calming, knowledgable resource that became our second set of hands to execute the most beautiful wedding we could have imagined. I created (a low key insane) wedding binder full of photos, timelines, and notes that Kayla took on with full confidence and enthusiasm (bless you, Kayla!!). She took a binder of notes and breathed life into it to create our perfect vision. The wedding day went on without a hitch and Kayla efficiently packed up everything from our wedding back into our bins so that we were all set by the end of day.
Kayla is kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgable. She coordinates vendors with ease--not a SINGLE issue arose with our vendors while Kayla was in the driver's seat. You will NEVER regret your decision to hire Kayla. She will go above and beyond for you! I will recommend her to every wedding couple I know!! -

Kayla was more than I ever could have asked for on my wedding day! I purchased the package to work with her a month before my wedding and she was so amazing! She was available any time I needed (even after the wedding when I had some questions!). She truly thinks of every little detail for your big day. She makes everything so easy and seamless. You will not have to think of anything on your big day. I was able to focus on what I needed to and truly be in the moment while she managed vendors and setup. She was beyond helpful at the end of the night taking things down and consolidating so I did not have to worry about that at the end of the night either. I cannot say enough amazing things about Kayla. I am so thrilled I chose her to work with that day. She does not bother you with questions throughout the night unless truly needed, and even then, she is so sly and sweet about it. She takes care of everything and keeps the timeline on point without any hiccups! Use Kayla if you want to have the best night of your life! Thank you so much Kayla!! -

Where to even start?! Kayla is the BEST!!! We booked her 6-month package and being the type-A planner that I am, she met me exactly where I was at. Having never been involved in planning a wedding, I relied on Kayla for guidance and tips throughout the process. While I maintained responsibility for most vendor conversations/bookings until the final month or so, Kayla would have taken charge of vendors had I asked her to. Even though our package didn't technically start until 6-months before our wedding date, she made herself available for any questions we had ahead of then.
Kayla was very proactive about checking in to make sure we were on track with our planning timeline and provided very thoughtful answers to all of our (many!) questions. We trusted her advice and valued her opinions. It was the first year our venue hosted weddings and she had worked a few other weddings there ahead of ours, so tips around layout, decor and flow were invaluable. We also could not be happier with her vendor recommendations. Upon telling her my colorful, whimsical wildflower vision, Twist Floral immediately came to her mind -- we booked Twist without hesitation and they did an INCREDIBLE job with my vision! We also had a dessert vendor fall through and took Kayla's Dipdee Stix recommendation (gelato popsicles), which ended up being such a hit at our wedding!
I do not know how I could have done wedding weekend without Kayla! She without hesitation picked up and returned all of our rentals - even making our dream grand entrance of riding in on a tandem bicycle come true by driving to South Lake Tahoe to pick one up for us. She flawlessly executed our design vision with setting up all of our decor at the venue and took care of all of the behind the scenes logistics on wedding day. She was very intentional about making sure my husband and I had drinks and appetizers in hand upon exiting the ceremony and kindly reminded us we needed to eat during dinner when guests attempted to approach us.
We were especially impressed with how quickly Kayla did the clean up and decor packing on wedding night. I am pretty sure everything was packed up and ready to go before I was even ready to leave the venue and head to the after party. And everything was grouped together and organized in boxes, as we brought it to the venue. The day after the wedding, she even dropped off my bouquet at a preservation place in Reno she spoke highly of.
I could keep raving about her forever, but to sum it all up -- BOOK KAYLA as your wedding planner. She will ease any stress, reassure you throughout the process, and allow you to enjoy and be present on YOUR day! Thank you for everything, Kayla! Working with you was the best decision we've ever made!

Kayla is the best!
Kayla made our wedding day absolutely wonderful! We did her 30-day-before package and it was some of the best money we spent for our wedding. Kayla was extremely responsive throughout the entire time we were working with her. She was very helpful to coordinate our rehearsal and had great suggestions to offer us throughout the last few weeks before our big day. She made sure that neither us, nor any of our family members had to lift a finger on the day of the wedding so that we could enjoy everything. She set everything up perfectly to my vision of decor, made sure we constantly had water, food, and drinks, and made sure that we stuck to the timeline perfectly so that the night flowed well. She had everything cleaned up before I could blink! She was a delight working with my other vendors. She made it known that she was here for me, whether it was coordinating something or just venting about wedding planning! I can't recommend Kayla enough if you want your wedding to be absolutely perfect!!!!! -

My husband and I had the best experience we could have dreamed while planning our wedding from across the country- and that is all because of Kayla! Kayla was thorough, extremely communicative and always ensuring my best interest was in mind, and constantly reassuring during the stressful process as you can imagine. If being absolutely attentive, caring, thoughtful, and determined to make our day incredible during the planning process wasn’t enough, on the actual day of my wedding Kayla made me feel quite literally like the only woman in the world (besides my lovely husband). She made sure I was taken care of, offered to bring me food from my room or go out and get me something, her husband picked up some family that had transportation issues. She was there and had my back when it MOST mattered and my husband and I are forever grateful. She stayed after to pack up everything from the wedding into boxes for us so we could be rest assured that all of our keepsakes were safely packed away for us as she wanted to alleviate us and my family from the clean up process. Kayla is absolutely lovely, extremely lively and friendly, and the kindest and sweetest soul. She balances professionalism and intimacy in a beautiful way that I appreciate so much. Would a million percent recommend! We would choose Kayla again and again except that we are only doing this once ! -

Kayla was the best! Her pricing was extremely reasonable and she helped me get the last minute details, communication with vendors, day of timeline, and venue layout all organized, and she also made sure I had all the things I would need but hadn’t thought about like signage.
In the end though, it was her calm demeanor and attention on the day of the wedding that made the day go smoothly and without a hitch. She kept us on schedule even when the inevitable delays happened that threw the timeline off. Her judgment of how to shift things around to accommodate in real time is excellent and she communicated with us enough so we knew what was going on but not so much that we felt like we had to make a lot of decisions.
A wedding has a lot of moving parts. I underestimated the need for a skilled coordinator until I went to a wedding 3 months before my own that did not have a professional running the show. It was a stilted affair to say the least. The flow of our wedding was seamless even though some things had to be shifted around. We definitely owe that to Kayla at That Blissful Moment. -

Kayla is like a fairy godmother to a bride! She is thoughtful, helpful, full of great advice and ideas, and willing to go above and beyond to make the bride and family feel calm and prepared for the wedding day.
I was drawn to Kayla’s style because she is easy going, provides creative ideas and advice, and kept me on track to get things done in a timely manner. She is perfect for the Type A bride (like me!) who likes to be in control and aware of all decisions being made. Kayla was willing and able to meet me anytime, anywhere to discuss wedding planning! We met countless times over the course of my wedding planning for delicious breakfast, lunch, coffee, and dinner wedding planning dates! It was so nice knowing I could count on her to meet up, without a limit to the amount of meetings. I always left with a better idea of what to do next.
What impressed me the most was how well Kayla handled my wedding day. What a superstar! She picked up flower arrangements for me the morning of the wedding, arrived at our venue upon opening to set up the decor and centerpieces, and did everything to prep us for the ceremony. She brought an assistant as well to make everything go smoothly. Kayla was always standing nearby with a glass of water ready during pictures, she made it a priority to make sure I ate dinner, she asked me how I was doing all throughout the night — all of this 3 days before giving birth!!
Kayla is not someone who is trying to profit off of the wedding industry. She truly puts her effort into being a wedding planner for the love of weddings and helping others. I truly respect that and I highly recommend her for the true value she gives! -

Kayla was everything we could have asked for in a day of coordinator! She made our day so smooth and took care of every detail. She caters to her clients so well. Each conversation leading up to the day made me feel even better prepared than the last and then day of she was on top of everything we talked about, and unforeseen things that popped up! She was able to both be independent and consult me when it was necessary. My day would not have been a dream come true without her! Most importantly it meant my mom could relax and enjoy the day. Kayla was absolutely wonderful from the very beginning. We hired her for the 6 month package and she was available to assist as much or as little as needed. We were planning our wedding from across the country and Kayla went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect; she often acted as a personal therapist to help calm my nerves as well. She handled our day with grace, even at 7 months pregnant. I was most impressed by her memory as she knew our entire families by name and the seating chart without looking! Her husband was available to assist as well, and he was just as great. We would 100% hire her again and could not recommend her more. -

My husband an I are beyond grateful for Kayla. She was amazing! I didn’t know for sure if I needed a wedding planner but let me tell you, Kayla made the day go so smoothly. Kayla was the perfect day-of coordinator for our small, 15 person wedding. When we woke up on our wedding day, the electricity for the area was shut off. Kayla went to the venue early to figure out what was going on and made sure that everything was OK. It was a huge relief to know that we had someone being our eyes and ears at the venue before we could arrive on our special day.
Additionally, during the wedding, Kayla helped oversee all the small details so we could focus on enjoying our wedding...
-She helped us write up our schedule for the wedding day... pictures, toasts, meals, dancing etc.
-She helped set up our spot for the 1st look
-Made sure to grab us some appetizers so we didn't miss out
-Attended to our parents and my brother with special needs to make sure they had everything they needed
-Helped make sure everyone had sun umbrellas during our ceremony
-Kept our tri-pods from blowing over during high winds
-the list goes on and on....
And best of all, Kayla instinctively knew how to be helpful with all these things without prompting or requests from us. My parents were even raving about how wonderful she was the day after the wedding.
I would highly recommend hiring Kayla to help coordinate your wedding. -

Kayla was one of our favorite vendors to work with! From the very beginning she was easy to communicate with and went above and beyond to answer any questions and provide insight as needed. She made the “day-of” details go off without a hitch. She helped to set up the entire venue and truly brought my vision to life. She took a pile of decorations and ideas and made them a masterpiece. If you haven't already, go hire Kayla for your wedding planning and coordinating needs! I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Kayla. Both my husband and I agree that we wouldn't have been able to enjoy and relax on our wedding day as much as we did without Kayla's incredible day-of coordination. She was very responsive and helpful before the wedding, and on the wedding day, she was super woman! She made sure all of our vendors arrived and were set up with what they needed and she turned our backyard into a true wedding venue. All of our guests were blown away and recognized how hard Kayla was hustling behind the scenes to make it a truly blissful day with zero hiccups/issues. She kept us to our timeline and was so helpful with clean up at the end so we could go enjoy our afterparty. She went above and beyond and was very affordable. I wish every bride could have a Kayla for their wedding because she was instrumental to making my wedding the best day ever. -

I can't begin to describe how fantastic Kayla is. Due to COVID, we ended up postponing our wedding twice, and Kayla was always there to work with us and make sure we had everything we needed. When we had to move our dinner inside at the last minute, she was there to help us reimagine the layout and decorations. On the day of our wedding, she made sure everything was taken care of and allowed us to enjoy our day stress-free! On top of it all, Kayla is extremely kind, patient, and easy to work with. Kayla was easily our most important vendor when it came to our wedding. Without Kayla we wouldn’t have had anyone/thing else! Between Covid and me knowing absolutely nothing about weddings, Kayla was so patient and kind (and gave the best advice with any situation that came up).
When we got closer to the wedding and I got stressed, Kayla reminded my husband and I what was important and what really mattered. And we knew she wasn’t going to let anyone mess that up. The day of? Kayla was so wonderful. Making sure things were where they were supposed to be and kept the timing just how we wanted it.

Hiring Kayla was one of the best decisions I made when planning my wedding. I had everything figured out, but I needed someone to execute the details on the day of the wedding. I was actually able to enjoy being a bride and not a wedding planner. Kayla handled everything from flowers, set-up, ceremony coordination, and communicating with other vendors. I also appreciated that Kayla adapted to a wedding that was slightly unconventional where other vendors wouldn't have. -

We can’t thank Kayla enough for literally pulling off our wedding!!! This girl is AMAZING!! We had a venue change, smoke from the fires, and COVID and she still stuck by our side. She is seriously so sweet and handled everything so gracefully. Kayla was actually the first thing I booked in the wedding process and I would do it again in a heart beat. Trust me, you need her!!!
I didn’t touch a thing the day of the wedding and every single thing turned out perfect!!!!

Kayla is reliable, efficient, trustworthy and dedicated! By far the best, she made sure our day was memorable and absolutely perfect. From the very beginning she made it clear that she wanted the day to be stress free and she did exactly that for my husband and I. I was also fortunate enough to have her assistance for my wedding shower which also turned out amazing (I had my own ice cream truck!). Kayla truly goes above and beyond for her clients! Kayla was a really great fit for the kind of wedding planning we wanted :) My partner and I really wanted to make most of our decisions ourselves, but also wanted to have someone who we could ask for advice when we didn't have strong feelings about something. Kayla was really perfect for this- within our 6 month window, I knew I could contact her anytime (no question too small!) and she'd get back to me quickly. She was also really helpful in making sure I didn't forget anything leading up to the big day- she kept me on schedule with rounding up RSVPs, getting vendors settled, etc.
On the day itself, Kayla checked in with me often to make sure things were going the way we wanted, and I'm sure she also handled tons of behind-the-scenes stuff I never knew about :) She got all our tables setup (looking incredible!!!) and also packed things away at the end of the night. She really enjoys what she does, and she really wants to make it great for you. I would really recommend her!!
