We absolutely loved working with Testa Catering for our wedding! They had tons of food options on their menus to choose from and their whole team was so accommodating. We did a pre-wedding tasting at their kitchen and their chef ended up making us a customized version of a chicken dish when we had something specific in mind. Along with the catering, we also used Testa for some of the decor rentals. Iris and her team were amazing to work with throughout the planning process. They were so helpful and really brought our vision to life! They took care of drop offs, pickups, and folded our napkins with menu cards and they made sure bride and groom were taken care of on the big day. We received so many compliments from our guests and the Santa Maria style barbecue was perfect for our venue. We are so grateful and glad we picked Testa!

Iris and the Testa team are amazing! They delivered absolute perfection for our wedding earlier this month in SLO. Throughout the planning process Iris was incredibly responsive, helpful and worked with us to create the family style menu we wanted for our wedding. She also helped make accommodations for a few of our guests with food allergies which was super appreciated.

And the service! The food service on our wedding day from start to finish was excellent. The Testa team also helped with setup and breakdown which was amazing. Great food, incredible service, and overall an awesome team to work with. We have nothing but great things to say.

Compared to other caterers out there that we contacted they are a real value. Food tasted great, staff worked very hard (maybe could have used one or two more of them), variety of food abundant for the price, maybe ran out of a few items before last guest served. Met with us at venue and made it work.

Love Love Love Testa! They have the best people and the best food! Everyone raved about the food at our wedding! Testa made the entire process easier and walked us through every detail that we would need when it came to food, bar, and rentals! I placed multiple calls with Kat during the weeks before the wedding and she was so helpful with every question and last minute changes that we had.

Testa Catering is AWESOME! We worked with Kat throughout our planning process and she was so helpful! She is very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. And the food is DELICIOUS! We served a buffet with tri tip and salmon. All of our guests commented on how much they loved the food! The entire Testa Team was professional and courteous - they were a pleasure to work with! Our only complaint was that as starving newlyweds by the end of the night we didn't have any food boxed up for us (and we had five no shows, so there were definitely leftovers). But all in all Testa was a great team to work with and I would highly recommend!!

The reputation of excellent service, great tasting food, and professional and friendly staff has held true for Testa Catering for years. They have made such a wonderful name for themselves along the Central Coast. Booking Testa Catering for my wedding was a complete no brainer! When working with Martin and Debi Testa, as well their team lead, Kat, was such a fun experience. They were willing to meet in person numerous times before the big day, including a personalized food tasting in March. They really laid out the red carpet for us during the journey of preparing for the wedding. Kat never let a detail go untouched and was a fabulous person to have on our wedding vendor team. She has a great eye for events and does it with a personalize and genuine touch.
On the day of the wedding the fragrant smell of wood burning oak from the BBQ floated in the air. Every guest arrived salivating from the smells and filled with anticipation for the meal to come. Testa Catering's staff set up the reception area perfectly and had a smiling face as they served each guest our passed appetizers. Our buffet dinner service went on without a hitch, including Testa's staff plating the dinner for the head table. Guests couldn't stop talking about the great meal we served for dinner. Most large events cater food that is bland, mass produced, and unappetizing. Testa catering makes every meal, whether catered for 10 or 100, delicious, flavorful, and a great dining experience. We feel so lucky that the Testa Catering team was a part of our wedding day and they contributed to making our wedding day the best day of our life! I would highly recommend Testa Catering for any special event that you want to knock the socks off your guests!

Testa catered my wedding on May 21 2016. I personally worked with Kat. She was amazing. She knows exactly what she is doing. She eas extremely helpful in ensuring that not only did I order enough food for everybody, that I also had all of my rentals i order and my alcohol selection properly orded. The day of, Kat personally came to my venue to ensure everything was running smootly for my big day. The food was amazing. Everybody raved about how delicious it was. I had ordered a cheese platter to be served during cocktail house along with fruit skewers. For the main course, I decided on buffet style. We had salmon, chicken, rice, mashed taters, and a salad. Everything was fresh and tasted amazing. If I ever have another event in the area, Testa eill be the only catering company I will hire.

Testa Catering catered our wedding this past august 2014 at the Santa Barbara Historical Museum. Our event was executed flawlessly and we were extremely happy with our food. We had so many raves from guests. Alexis was the lead on our event and she helped us customize our menu, and make sure our logistics were in place. She was a dream to work with, always professional and one step ahead. We would highly recommend Testa Catering for your wedding or event!

Testa Catering did an awesome job providing all the food for our daughter's wedding! It was one of the best meals we and most of our guests have ever had at a wedding! And they were very accommodating with our special requests (a late night "Chicago style hot dog bar" and Sangria!) No one went away hungry!!
