I am very upset with my wedding pictures. Before my wedding Tess had given a survey which included all the pictures and things I wanted. When she asked what i expected out of her I told her that my fiancé and I are not the selfie couple so I need her to tell us what to do. Not only was none of that done, The quality of the pictures are subpar. Every pic either someone is not looking or the spacing of people looked bad. The one picture I have with my parents my eyes are closed. I will never understand why a photographer would think taking a picture of a guest watching a sports game during my wedding would be appropriate. Many pictures did not look professional. I wrote her an email and brought this to her attention to which she did not respond. Then I wrote this review, and she claimed that she did not take these photos. So I submitted to WeddingWire screenshots that she did, indeed take these photos, and won the case. You should also know that in her contract, she states that she is a “photojournalist” NOT a wedding photographer. DO NOT HIRE FOR YOUR WEDDING
