My name is Tara, I am the owner and creator of Terra Vida Events and design.
Creating beautiful spaces is my passion, bringing people together is my joy. I believe there is nothing more important in life than who we spend it with and the memories we build together. Whether I am decorating for you or working as your coordinator my goal is to create an enchanted environment where only the most human, honest and heartfelt memories can grow.
I have a strong background in planning and organizing as a wild land Fire Fighter and Incident commander. I have been an artist my whole life and a practicing artisan for the past 7 years. I find deep satisfaction in bringing together elements of design, a high bar of refinement and the raw beauty of the desert.
My name is Lauren and I am the assistant planner at terra vida events and design.
I moved to Moab in 2016, and my background is primarily in outdoor education, specializing in logistics. While I love spending time outside and exploring canyons and rivers, I’ve realized that sharing those experiences with others is what is truly important in life. That passion in combination with a well organized trip has led me down the path of wedding planning. To me, weddings are one of the few times to gather ALL your people in one place, the people who helped you grow and stood by you through it all and are now standing by you as you say “I do”. It’s my goal for you to relish in that community as much as possible on your big day and leave the small details to me! When I’m not helping couples you can find me throwing sticks for my chocolate lab, getting my fly rod stuck in trees, and coaching at a local gym in Moab. I can’t wait to work with you!
