We spend a lot of time in Grand County, CO, and once we decided that this was the perfect location for our wedding, we knew we wanted to hire as many local vendors as possible. I searched both WeddingWire and The Knot for a wedding planner with local expertise and experience with high-end weddings and events. As soon as I found TeNeil Hartley, who has a wealth of experience with weddings, urban and rural high-end events, and the local knowledge of Grand County, I knew I had found the right planner. TeNeil was great from call #1; she was always very communicative, timely, honest, and trustworthy. During the process, she was calm, patient, and professional; It is clear that TeNeil knows what she is doing!

We hired TeNeil to assist with some of the vendor planning and for full coordination on the day of the wedding and reception, and our expectations were completely surpassed! We decided to book our vendors; however, with her long-standing local relationships, she was an incredible resource and always available to recommend preferred local vendors. She gave just enough structure to keep us on track with the bookings, with enough flexibility to keep everything fun!

The day of, we were so relaxed knowing TeNeil had everything taken care of, including coordinating the “look” of the wedding site and the reception space. We self-solemnized in front of our 120 guests and had my three nieces, ages 3, 5, and 7, in the wedding. TeNeil was fabulous at corralling my family for the ceremony and pictures and was terrific at helping stage the non-traditional wedding where it was rather windy. She was a perfect balance of being present and helping in all areas needed while working tirelessly behind the scenes to orchestrate everything perfectly! I am so glad we booked her for our September 10, 2022, wedding, which we held at the Headwaters Center in Winter Park, because she was fabulous in every way. Both my husband and I would highly recommend TeNeil for any couple looking for a wedding coordinator for a wedding in any location!

TeNeil made the whole process as simple as it could be with access to detailed planning lists and organized contact information--she really takes over near the end so the stress is taken off of us and we can just enjoy our wedding! Little things like a groomsman wearing the wrong shirt were managed without me even knowing until later. She worked seamlessly with all other venders, wedding went off without any problems, hopefully I don't get married again but I would recommend TeNeil for anyone looking in the future!

Hiring TeNeil was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. Our entire wedding planning experience - and the wedding day itself - would have been far more stressful, and much less fun, without her. From our first call, we were impressed with TeNeil's organizational skills, knowledge of Colorado, and wedding advice. We found her prices to be very fair, especially for the level of expertise she demonstrated throughout the process.

TeNeil struck a great balance of both listening to and honoring our desires and vision for the weekend and helping to steer us in the right direction. Her vendor list is excellent - most of our vendors came from her list and all of them were excellent - and throughout the process she skilfully communicated with all of the vendors and kept us fully informed about everything. It is clear that TeNeil has an excellent reputation among vendors (both ones we used and those we didn't). She also went above and beyond with one particular vendor, with whom we had some difficulties throughout the planning and on the wedding day itself (due to factors outside her or our control), even getting us a partial refund of their fees.

When we faced some unexpected weather and a huge downpour in the middle of our ceremony, TeNeil was nothing but graceful and flexible, figuring out how to get guests to shelter quickly and supporting us to adapt our timeline and plans accordingly.

We really can't overstate how highly and thoroughly we recommend TeNeil, and how thankful we are for her support!

To say TeNeil is incredible would be an understatement, we wouldn’t have been able to pull off our wedding without her and feel so fortunate that she was involved through the entire process. Our wedding was one of the first to be affected by the COVID pandemic, with our original date in April 2020, initially postponed to August 2020, and finally happening in August 2021. Through all the uncertainty, stress and panic of postponing multiple times, TeNeil was SO accommodating, knowledgeable, kind, professional, and all-around wonderful. Once our day (finally) arrived, TeNeil again was instrumental. She flawlessly ran the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, perfectly set up all 20 (approximately) tubs of decoration we provided, and wrangled all the cats (our family and friends) while sticking to the timeline she created for us. When we had issues with the caterer (not providing enough staff and serve ware), TeNeil jumped in with creative serving ideas and even acted as the expeditor, plating and helping serve the food to our guests. We would 1000000% recommend TeNeil to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator!

Hire TeNeil! Seriously, you won't regret it. We worked together for 2 years due to our original wedding being cancelled due to COVID, and I feel so lucky to have had her as our wedding planner. There was not one time during my planning process or during our wedding day that I was ever seriously concerned about something coming together. And that's not to say we didn't have hiccups along the way - we did! TeNeil just never allowed hiccups to become major problems. Everything had a solution!

I also had a few issues with our venue and TeNeil was extremely helpful in navigating those conversations. I'm honestly not sure what we would have done without her. But I can confidently say it would not have come together and it would not have been a pleasant experience.
