TeNeil is a wedding planner extraordinaire!

TeNeil not only ensured that every detail was meticulously planned but also made the entire process enjoyable, filled with laughter and fun moments amidst what can often feel like overwhelming process.
Choosing TeNeil as our wedding planner was the best decision we made, and our stress-free wedding day is a testament to her exceptional skills. With her guidance, our vision came to life seamlessly, and my husband and I were able to fully immerse ourselves in the celebration, feeling like guests rather than hosts. TeNeil's ability to translate our ideas into reality exceeded our expectations, and the result was a day that reflected our personalities perfectly.
Throughout the process, she remained flexible and always very supportive and true to our preferences, vision, and budget - even making brilliant suggestions on how we can make our event unique to us that hadn't occurred to us. Her online wedding planning platform proved invaluable, especially as we were planning our wedding in Colorado from Switzerland, making communication and collaboration effortless despite the distance.

We spend a lot of time in Grand County, CO, and once we decided that this was the perfect location for our wedding, we knew we wanted to hire as many local vendors as possible. I searched both WeddingWire and The Knot for a wedding planner with local expertise and experience with high-end weddings and events. As soon as I found TeNeil Hartley, who has a wealth of experience with weddings, urban and rural high-end events, and the local knowledge of Grand County, I knew I had found the right planner. TeNeil was great from call #1; she was always very communicative, timely, honest, and trustworthy. During the process, she was calm, patient, and professional; It is clear that TeNeil knows what she is doing!
We hired TeNeil to assist with some of the vendor planning and for full coordination on the day of the wedding and reception, and our expectations were completely surpassed! We decided to book our vendors; however, with her long-standing local relationships, she was an incredible resource and always available to recommend preferred local vendors. She gave just enough structure to keep us on track with the bookings, with enough flexibility to keep everything fun!
The day of, we were so relaxed knowing TeNeil had everything taken care of, including coordinating the “look” of the wedding site and the reception space. We self-solemnized in front of our 120 guests and had my three nieces, ages 3, 5, and 7, in the wedding. TeNeil was fabulous at corralling my family for the ceremony and pictures and was terrific at helping stage the non-traditional wedding where it was rather windy. She was a perfect balance of being present and helping in all areas needed while working tirelessly behind the scenes to orchestrate everything perfectly! I am so glad we booked her for our September 10, 2022, wedding, which we held at the Headwaters Center in Winter Park, because she was fabulous in every way. Both my husband and I would highly recommend TeNeil for any couple looking for a wedding coordinator for a wedding in any location! -

Hiring TeNeil was one of the best wedding planning decisions we made. Our entire wedding planning experience - and the wedding day itself - would have been far more stressful, and much less fun, without her. From our first call, we were impressed with TeNeil's organizational skills, knowledge of Colorado, and wedding advice. We found her prices to be very fair, especially for the level of expertise she demonstrated throughout the process.
TeNeil struck a great balance of both listening to and honoring our desires and vision for the weekend and helping to steer us in the right direction. Her vendor list is excellent - most of our vendors came from her list and all of them were excellent - and throughout the process she skilfully communicated with all of the vendors and kept us fully informed about everything. It is clear that TeNeil has an excellent reputation among vendors (both ones we used and those we didn't). She also went above and beyond with one particular vendor, with whom we had some difficulties throughout the planning and on the wedding day itself (due to factors outside her or our control), even getting us a partial refund of their fees.
When we faced some unexpected weather and a huge downpour in the middle of our ceremony, TeNeil was nothing but graceful and flexible, figuring out how to get guests to shelter quickly and supporting us to adapt our timeline and plans accordingly.
We really can't overstate how highly and thoroughly we recommend TeNeil, and how thankful we are for her support! -

TeNeil was, without question, the most valuable thing we spent money on for our wedding. She brought our vision to life from tiny details to big issues that came up day-of. I feel like I didn’t even see her or her team on the day because they were so busy pulling off our dreams. I cannot recommend her enough. If I were going to get married again, TeNeil is the first person I would call. -

TeNeil made the whole process as simple as it could be with access to detailed planning lists and organized contact information--she really takes over near the end so the stress is taken off of us and we can just enjoy our wedding! Little things like a groomsman wearing the wrong shirt were managed without me even knowing until later. She worked seamlessly with all other venders, wedding went off without any problems, hopefully I don't get married again but I would recommend TeNeil for anyone looking in the future! -

Our wedding planner quit our vendor a week and a half before our wedding. TeNeil was hired by our venue to help us get through the last week of wedding planning and manage our day. She completely saved us! I don't know what we would have done without her and our day would not have gone as smoothly if she wasn't there. She's unbelievably professional, talented, and detail-oriented. If I had to redo my wedding, I would have hired her from day one. -

TeNeil was so organized and great at coordinating all the vendors beforehand. Also very flexible with amending to our wants and changes last minute. She was so amazing at handling all the bridal party, and guest. And at keeping everyone organized and on point throughout the ceremony. She also helped run and move the reception along so smoothly. We had 175 people we had to get through a buffet line and she helped coordinate that flawlessly, among all the other different reception to dos. We had a perfect day and it was in HUGE part to TeNeil. I would recommend her highly. -

Absolutely worth it!
Highly Highly recommend TeNeil!! TeNeil is incredibly professional and experienced at coordinating weddings and events. Just meeting with her the first time, we were blown away by how helpful she was at helping us plan our dream wedding. As a local in Grand County, she had worked closely with most of our vendors and the town before, so she was able to offer a local’s insight. Even with the added challenges of planning a covid wedding and weather-related changes day-of, TeNeil made our day so easy for us. She communicated with all our vendors and wedding party so that we could just enjoy our wedding. Definitely money well spent! -

Best wedding planning decision we made!
We had the pleasure of working with TeNeil for a bit longer than expected due to COVID and by the end of our 2 years of wedding planning, she felt like a beloved member of the family! We hired TeNeil for her full service option, and she went above and beyond for us in every sense of the phrase. She took the time to really get to know me and my husband, found vendors that brought my dream to life, and made the wedding day and entire process as stress free as could be for us! Her extensive network of partner vendors, attention to detail, genuine care and compassion for our happiness, and ability to work with last minute changes and extenuating circumstances is truly remarkable! I had a very stressful month leading up to the wedding with work and home life, and TeNeil did everything she could to make that month easier on me. She was always very responsive and attentive, and has an amazing ability to come up with creative solutions! TeNeil was a such a big part of why our wedding was one of the happiest, most fulfilling days of our life. We are so grateful we found her and wouldn’t want to work with anyone else! I highly recommend hiring TeNeil in any capacity that works for you, but hiring her in full service option was the best wedding planning decision that we could have made! -

Destination Mountain Wedding
I can’t say enough positive things about Te’Neil. She went above and beyond to make our wedding dreams come true despite many obstacles. We had a destination wedding and didn’t get to meet many of our vendors ahead of time. She met with us multiple times, gave us great contacts for vendors, and put our minds at ease. The day of the wedding everyone felt comfortable, was in the right place at the right time, and every little detail was well executed. I was twirling around in my dress with no stress or worries at all. Our whole family raves about how helpful and organized she was. -

When we found out our dream venue required a wedding planner or day of coordinator we were frustrated with an additional expense but TeNeil was worth every penny and more! It was obvious from our first conversation that she was the missing piece to our wedding puzzle.
When crappy weather flooded the forecast days before the wedding, TeNeil took time out of her day to calm me, discuss every possible option and ensure me rain or shine we would still have THE BEST DAY EVER!
TeNeil exceeded all expectations and I will be sure to referral her to family and friends in the future! -

TeNeil and her team were great to work with. I did a day-of package and they did a wonderful job setting everything up. We had multiple meetings leading up to the day of the wedding to make sure we were all on the same page and that everything was planned and ready to go. On the wedding day, we had an amazing smooth event. I worried about nothing because I knew they had it under control. Having help with the timeline of the day was wonderful and assured we didn't rush or miss anything. Would recommend them to anyone!
