Venue and staff
Getting a venue is pretty stressful and expensive not until i stumbled on Ten Oaks Ballroom. Terry, the caretaker is a wonderful person who takes her time to go through detailed information with you, giving you pieces of advice and suggestions. So, she helped us talk to the management of the place to give us extra hours for a reasonable fee and oh her smile is wonderful. Mike and I had the pleasure of working with Carmen Cook for our wedding on September 29, 2018. She was the Rental Manager who helped us initially. She let us know that she would be retiring to spend more time with her family. However, Carmen took care of things for us before she retired, so that we didn't have to worry. She was a huge help early in the process and put us in touch with Neil Hodes at Putting on the Ritz (who catered our wedding). After we picked a date, our main contact was Neil who helped us the rest of the way.
We had 180+ guests and there was still enough room on the dance floor for everyone to have a good time. The staff of Ten Oaks Ballroom and Putting on the Ritz were fantastic! Our families and friends had a wonderful time.
