Hi! I'm Tara, the lead photographer and only person you will be talking to when you work with me! I provide clear expectations, prompt communication, and tons of guidance (on top of amazing photos!!!). You'll be able to relax on your wedding day knowing that you can trust me to capture what is most important to you.
My Approach
Let's figure out what you picture when thinking about your wedding day
Create a detailed timeline and list of requested images
Capture real, authentic moments as you remember them
Help keep everyone on schedule and give you reminders throughout the day (like when there's an awesome sunset or making sure the bride's dress is ready for the first dance).
I want you to see me more as a friend than your "professional photographer". I want us to feel comfortable around each other and especially for you to feel free to express yourselves!

I will pose you for portraits, leave you alone for candids, and give some small direction to make my vision come to life
Capturing various viewpoints and details of your day to create a photographic diary
I want every photo you receive to look amazing! I review and edit every photo that I deliver to make sure it is up to my standards
My edits are true color which means they will look like it did on the day of your wedding (with a litte pizzaz)

All Expectations Met & More :-)
Tara gets five stars all around! She was so eager to reach out to me when I first requested her photography services, and her responses to all emails throughout our correspondence were helpful, professional, and arrived quickly. Tara genuinely cared about us and what we wanted. Our in-person meeting was so helpful, and really helped instill my confidence in her skills. She arrived early to the ceremony, and took such beautiful pictures. She had so many great ideas, and we will cherish our special day through the images she captured for years to come.

An enchanted dream come true
Tara has an incredible gift; my partner and I were absolutely thrilled to work with her and our experience from start to finish was like a dream. She promptly arrived at our spot with not only her equipment, but also an assortment of props and even a fog machine (that we used to great effect and enjoyment)...
After we discussed our enchanted vision, Tara made our dream a reality with great company, conversation, and composition. The Sun even broke through on our cloudy day to give us the final moments of golden hour.

Professional and Personal
Tara did an amazing job of capturing all of the special details of us getting ready, during our ceremony, and our reception. She communicated often to keep me in the loop for necessary timelines and things to think about regarding special photos I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Tara for anyone looking for an amazing photographer for their wedding! I would book her again for other special event photography!

TARA IS THE BEST!!! My boyfriend and I got our pictures taken by Tara multiple times! She made us feel extremely comfortable EVERY TIME. Tara is so FUN and professional. She has such an amazing eye for the best shots! I would never even think to get my pictures taken by anyone else. 🫶

Amazing photographer!
Tara did an amazing job capturing our wedding! She is very organized and detail oriented which made the planning process less stressful. Tara is great to get along with and was a perfect match for our country wedding, she brought out amazing details in our portraits that captured the scenery around us that made our day special. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a down to earth photographer to capture their special moments. I can gladly say a friendship has formed over the time Tara has worked with us for our wedding!

Great Experience!
Definitely 5 Stars! I hired Tara to come shoot some behind the scenes pictures & final detailed shots of a wedding I designed and styled, and boy did Tara deliver!! Tara was on time, professional, personable, and made me feel very comfortable in front of the camera! She delivered my gallery with a quick turn around time, and the photos are exactly what I envisioned! I cannot wait to work with Tara again!!!!

Book with Tara, she is AMAZING!
I can't speak highly enough about Tara! I knew she was the one I wanted to photograph from the moment I saw the photos on her beautiful website. From our first email, she was thorough and knowledgeable and answered any and all silly questions I had. My husband and I had so much fun getting to know her even better during our first consult, where she really took us through the entire day and made sure she had a list of every formal photo we wanted to take and got a feel for our special day. And on the day of, she was professional and fun and helped all the guests have fun and relax. She gave clear direction and she guides you through the formal photoshoots quickly and easily. She knows exactly how to stay on schedule, and she worked beautifully with our videographer, whom she had never met before! And during the reception, she blended into the background and took some amazing candids. And if you are planning on doing a sparkler send off, DO IT! She took amazing photos with the sparklers. Everyone told me how much they loved her and how much fun she was. She knew exactly when and where to take photos. We got our sneak peaks back the next day and we couldn't believe how stunning they are! We are so excited to get the rest of our photos. Book with Tara!!!

An incredible experience
We could not have found a better wedding photographer than Tara! From the moment we met her, we knew that she was going to take the most memorable photos. She was very attentive and had a keen eye for details. She was flexible and willing to drive from both our homes to the venue so she can capture all our intimate moments. Since we decided on a small wedding, we knew we wanted someone to be just as adjustable as we were. To live in the moment and go with the flow. We had many ideas of the exact ceremony spot and Tara was able to help with finding an incredible spot underneath a tree. She knew that this spot would be the most private and can create the best photos. We cannot thank Tara enough for the photos we received and the memories we created together.

Amazing wedding photographer who went above and beyond
Tara is an amazing wedding photographer. You can probably already see her amazing work on her instagram page. But what really stood out about Tara was he dedication and commitment to our event. She went above and beyond to not just take amazing photos but to help out with anything that was needed. During the event she took it upon herself to reach out to individual guests and groups and schedule them for hassle free pictures with the wedded couple. Things can get hectic at weddings, with too many guests and stuff happening all around. But Tara was there coordinating everything with with the bride and groom for a smooth event. We didn't have a wedding planner, and Tara in a sense played the job of a wedding planner, in addition to taking amazing pictures of the event.
