We have been blown away with the customer service from Kelly and her team at Tappers. I have never had to wait more than 30 seconds without someone offering to assist. The ring is gorgeous and they always take care of us!!

Love Tappers. I forget the name of the lady who helped us at the West Bloomfield location but she was so nice and the rings are the best around!

For the most part our experience with this store was ok but it didn’t live up to their reputation. There are a couple of people there that are less than helpful but we made sure to keep working with Vicky as much as possible, as she was super helpful. In the end our rings are beautiful and exactly what we wanted so that’s really all we can ask for.
