We realized really early on that renting tablecloths was crazy expensive. I obviously don't need to own 8 tablecloths, but it cost less than half of what it would have been to rent them! Tablecloths factory has a huge selection of colors and sizes. The tablecloths were exactly the right color and were of a good quality. The were fairly wrinkled from shipping and I was way too lazy to iron them, so I sprayed them with wrinkle release and they looked perfect! I ended up buying straws and a few other odds and ends from them too, and the prices were better than amazon, even when you accounted for shipping.

It took me forever to find the perfect rose gold chair sashes...even a few trial & error orders from other vendors...but the ones I ordered from here were gorgeous! The price was decent & the shipping was fast. I can’t wait to put it all together!

We bought all of the table linens and runners for our wedding earlier this month and didn't have any issues at all! We ordered everything about a month before our wedding and it all arrived in plenty of time before our big day. The quality of the linens and runners were great and actually saved us quite a bit of money by buying the linens and runners, rather than renting them!

I was very nervous about ordering from this company based on the other experiences brides have had. Even still, I went ahead and ordered table runners for my wedding because they were such a great price! They were delivered on time, and all were perfectly in-tact with no stains, rips, or other damage. I am so glad that I ordered them at such a great price (less than it would have been to rent) and now I know that I can sell them after the wedding and make some money back. I think you run a risk ordering with this company, but I am glad that I took that risk.

Bottom line, the linens are great quality and value but you MUST order them many months ahead of time. The most popular sizes of linens are typically on backorder for months- even though they may not tell you that up front. You must continue to call/email them and complain but eventually your order will be shipped! We ordered in March and finally had our entire order (in several shipments) by beginning of June. Great value though!

They don't tell you that returns come with a hefty shipping price tag (which varies in price depending on who you're talking to) and it takes a long time to get a refund. They seem sketchy to me

Their return policy is the worst. I spent several hundred dollars for a pre-wedding party. I tried to return some items in 1 order and they offered to credit me $23.98, but I had to pay for shipping which was $21.49. And I could not combine other returns from different order numbers in that box. I suggest you use Amazon!

If you value reliability and actually receiving your order, do yourself the favor and stay away. Use Amazon instead! They will take your money and then you’ll get millions of promotional emails (even if you opt out) but you won’t get any communication about your order. You won’t be able to reach anyone either to inquire! They don’t actually have a phone number and no one responds to email or chat. Unless you order months in advance, dont expect to receive your order.
If you’re lucky enough to finally reach someone, do not expect assistance or good service. They’re rude and unhelpful. I hope someone can be spared from my experience !

This place is a total joke, tried to accuse me of fraud even when I supplied full proof of transactions. Didn't want to be responsible for me having to cancel and refund an event I was paid over $10,000 for. Do not purchase a huge order from them because it will trigger a fraud alert and they will take days to verify what you send them.
