Does music make any difference in any event? This one 100% does! Lori & Scott performed at our wedding on 11.11.2023 and we couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. One work..."Outstanding!" They started as an acoustic duo and transformed into an amazing band with the addition of a bass guitarist and drummer for the dance portion of our affair. We were all out of our seats! Thank you for a spectacular performance that we're still talking about!!!!

Lori and Scott are hands down amazing! Besides their talent, they are by far the nicest and most accommodating people! It poured rain on my outside wedding and we had to scramble to get tents at the last minute. Lori and Scott without hesitation (as the rain and wind was picking up), set up smoothly and performed beautifully. They are professional and very passionate about their work! They even learned a few songs for us and created an arrangement for our first dance that was specific to what we wanted. Highly recommended them for any occasion!!

My, now, husband and I held our wedding last week and I am still caught up in such a whirlwind from such a love felt, joyous weekend. Partly in thanks to Lori and Scott who are true GEMS. Anyone who has them perform at their event, are incredibly lucky. They will not disappoint!

Sweet Tea played at my outdoor engagement party this summer and I LOVED everything about working with Lori and Scott! Not only are they extremely talented and professional, but they are also personable and passionate about what they do! Lori took the time to have multiple phone calls with me prior to the party to talk about details and my preferences. They were also interactive with my guests and were able to adjust their sound, volume, and songs to fit the "vibe" of the crowd as the night went on. Following the party all of my guests talked about how great they were. I can't wait to book them again in the future!

We just had our wedding on July 15, 2023. When we first found Sweet Tea Acoustic Duo we were really impressed. Lori and Scott were so authentic and really wanted to make our wedding special. They were so kind and professional. They were always flexible to talk over the phone, email, and text. They also didn't mind the number of changes we made. The day of our wedding went so smoothly thanks to them. They did a beautiful job at our ceremony on Scudder Beach and at Ruvo where our reception was held. Our family and friends said they were amazing and so talented. Everyone wanted to know how we found them. My dad and my husband even gave a standing ovation to them and a toast. Lori and Scott also allowed my sister's boyfriend to do duets with them and a solo. I would recommend them for all weddings and events because they are so genuine, kind, professional and are willing to be so flexible. Sweet Tea Duo is amazing and I would highly recommend them for any event. They played at my daughter’s bridal shower and I never got so many compliments about the music. It was just the right tempo and the singer and guitar player were excellent. They are very professional and I can’t rate them highly enough for any event.

Lori was absolutely incredible to work with!! She helped us choose songs that would fit our style, helped us plan how our ceremony would go (we did a very non-traditional ceremony that we M-C'd ourselves), was super responsive over the phone and great to talk to! Lori and Scott also helped us plan out our program, including making suggestions about timing of different components. It was incredibly helpful and really made our wedding run smoothly!! On top of all this, Lori, Scott, and her band learned several songs for our wedding that really made our evening spectacular - including getting creative with a jazz number we requested for our first dance! At one point we mentioned my mom's favorite song -- and the band learned it so that my mom could have a wonderful surprise dance fest! It was incredible, and my mom was thrilled. The music was fantastic!! I highly recommend Sweet Tea!
