I absolutely loved my cake. It looked amazing and tasted even better! Erin was so easy to work with, especially as an out of town bride. She was able to replicate a picture of the cake I wanted and was incredibly flexible with a tasting around Christmas, which was the only time I was in town. It was such a great value and I am so glad I found her!

Erin does amazing work! Her cakes are moist, delicate and flavorful. Her designs are original and even better than what we’d imagined. We went to a bridal show looking to find good vendors, and ended up with great professionals who knew exactly how to make our wedding day amazing.

Erin was very prompt at returning emails and phone calls, always very professional. She was open to any ideas we had and very knowledgeable when we had questions. We ordered our wedding cake and a groom’s cake from her and she worked with us on the quantity, making sure we didn’t end up with too much cake. She delivered both to our out of town venue, and even included a box for our anniversary tier.

We had four flavors, chocolate, white, lemon and almond. They were all amazing! While most white cakes tend to be dry, Erin’s was moist and comparable to the richness of pound cake. She did an amazing job creating a Boy Scout/camping themed groom’s cake for us. Our guests loved the wedding cake as well, it’s design was simple and in theme with the rest of our wedding, exactly what we’d discussed.

I would highly recommend her to others for any special occasion.

We had cupcakes and they were really cute. I wanted different flavors with cute names. She was great working with me to come up with ideas!

Erin was amazing! She was easy to communicate with and we got a beautiful wedding cake for a wonderful price which was also delicious! It arrived to the reception on time and in perfect condition and all I had to do was send her a picture of what I wanted our cake to look like and she gave us exactly what I wanted! Erin has the most decadent cake flavors. Most people said , huh cocunt flavored wedding cake? Then they tasted it and now everyone is addicted. Her flavors are subtle and oh so yummy! She was vey open to ideas after showing her some we found online we liked she ended up selecting the exact same one we loved with the exact smae layers I was thinking. We too the top 3 tiers of a 6 tier cake. I knew we were a match when she put her hand on the laptop monitor and covered the top and bottom 3 layers just like I did to see which one she liked best! Erin's cakes are so moist and spongy you can't get enough of them. We had so many compliments about how unique our cake was, it wasn't white and wasn't plain, fun and playful like our wedding and about how it tasted even better then anyone imagined!

She also makes these soft sugar cookies that have a desnity more like a shortbread cookie. These glaze she puts on them is sooooo good, Not too sugary, just the right mix. We used the as favors for our guest with our intials on them. Erin wrapped them in cellophane and made personalized tags for each. Made our life so much easier.

Lastly I wanted to surpise my groom with a chocolate University of Missouri grooms cake. All the MU fans at our wedding were amazed by the skill she had drawing the MU tiger head, with frosting no less! My groom was blown away!

The cake tasted great. I was thrilled with the flavor of both the cake and the filling. The decorations left a little to be desired, though. The frosting was a bit sloppy, but then again it was buttercream in the middle of July. It was acceptable and the topper I had purchased for it kept it cute. The general "homemade" look added some charm and personality. Did I mention it tasted great?
