Before I tell you about Sweet Mommas, just let me say, Congratulations! Now, on to the business of cake....

Sweet Mommas is my custom bakery, where everything is made 100% from scratch - no mixes. we specialize in buttercream cakes, with my own homemade European buttercream - made with fresh creamery butter, eggs, sugar, real vanilla - and the flavors of your choice. This frosting is less sweet than your typical "birthday cake" frosting - wonderfully light - it just melts in your mouth - a recent client described it best as, "sweet air". If fondant is what you're after, don't worry - not only can I do that - but I make my own fondant, much better tasting than you may have tried on other cakes. But, we don't stop there - our cakes are made with all natural ingredients - locally and seasonally sourced whenever possible (we get most of our fruit from local farmers markets in season) - and baked fresh just for you. You can choose from our list of flavors, or we can come up with something just for your tastes. Combined with a choice of fillings, including chocolate ganache, fresh made fruit jam (we make that, too), and our very popular cheesecake mousse, we really can create a truly delicious and memorable cake.

A big cake not your thing? We also make cupcakes, mini cakes, table cakes, and just about any other treat you can imagine (wedding pie anybody?). Fun groom's cakes, shower cakes, edible favors, and dessert tables round out our offerings.

Lastly, price... we don't tack on a "wedding upcharge" - we work within your budget to create a cake that's beautiful, delicious, and just right for both of you.
