Ryss is a mom-preneur, having created Sweet Loaf Challah, which provides freshly baked, delicious challah in a variety of shapes, sizes and flavors! Everyday is a “CHALLAH-bration” in her kitchen!
Before starting Sweet Loaf Challah, Ryss was a fourth grade teacher for gifted students. Her passions which include teaching and learning, making others happy, and expressing her ideas with imagination and creativity have transformed both her personal and business life.
When not busy baking, Iryssa loves to spend time with family (husband, two little Love Knots, parents) and friends, whether it be exploring new places, revisiting favorites, or just relaxing! Traveling, baking, shopping, art, reading, and Holocaust studies (granddaughter of three survivors) are just some of her favorites!
