For my wedding, I ordered a variety of cupcakes and one (incredibly delicious) Italian cream cake. The Sweet Cheeks team brought some lovely iron stands to set them on, made sure to keep the cupcakes cool in the early summer heat, and people LOVED the desserts--really, they were fantastic!

For our wedding we wanted to do something a little different, so instead of a tiered cake we got multiple round layer cakes. My husband had gotten a birthday cake for me from Sweet Cheeks a while back and their cakes are delicious. I'm not a sweet tooth and I usually hate cake frosting, but I LOVE their cake and frosting! It really does taste homemade and they have amazing flavors to choose from. We got one 9" cake of each of these: Red Velvet, Banana Pudding, German Chocolate, Yellow with Chocolate, Toasted Coconut, Strawberry Delight, Carrot, and Double Chocolate. The Banana Pudding was one of our favorites but really it was hard to choose a favorite. Our guests loved them too which was the real test! Everything got delivered on time, looked great, and tasted just as good as it did in the store. I can't vouch for the tiered/decorated wedding cakes but for flavor you can't go wrong. PS They also sell cakes by the slice at the bakery if you need a sweet snack! :)

This cake was for a very small wedding as we are older and only invited close relatives and our 2 best friends. I wanted a cake that tasted good and it definitely tasted great but when I found out we were having a few extra guests and called to see about having a small 6" cake added to the top of our "9 inch cake but with no decorations as my best friend was gong to decorate with flowers and ribbon, Jackie, wanted to charge me an additional $100 to place a 6" cake on top. The 9" cake only cost $40. I think 250% more for a 6" cake than we paid for a 9" cake is extremely overpriced. We weren't asking for any special decorating and we were picking the cake up. The cake did taste great but I wish I'd had a 2 tiered cake because the 1 tiered cake didn't photograph well at all. She was a little rude about my asking if there was any way she could make the 6" cake for any less.
