We had a small wedding, and this was the perfect place to hold it! It's incredibly inexpensive because it's just the club house for a subdivision. We were welcome to use any vendors we wanted. They have a kitchen, a room for the groomsmen to get ready (though we used it for storage), restrooms for all to use. French doors all around the great room open to a beautiful wrap-around porch with rocking chairs overlooking the lake and waterfall. We loved it - it was the perfect location for us.
