Caitlin is awesome--friendly, organized, and professional. Even with the stress that goes into all the decision-making and booking, I still enjoyed every phone call with Caitlin. She's the type of person who is willing to go the extra mile for her clients--she sewed me into my broken dress during dinner at the wedding! Caitlin helped plan and execute our big day in Carmel Valley, CA this past October. The reason we picked Caitlin to be our planner was (first and foremost) based off her (wonderful) personality. Caitlin is energetic when enthusiasm is needed, and serious when getting things done and people in line. She has a great sense of humor and is so easy to be around. This all mattered to me - to know I liked the company of who I would be speaking to a dozen and half times prior to our wedding, and who would be around my family and I the most during our entire wedding weekend. Caitlin has a "GSD" (get 'stuff' done) attitude; a great resume of experience, and most importantly - she is organized, approachable, and very decisive. I can be (super) Type A - and Caitlin took the time to understood my vision, family dynamics, the type of atmosphere we wanted, etc. When our big weekend finally came, I was able to confidentially hand all the reigns over to her without any worry in the world. Everything turned out so perfectly and my husband and I couldn't thank Caitlin enough for all her hard work front and center, and most importantly, behind the scenes.
