Here is the deal. They promise a lot, I paid a lot, and I was disappointed. I spent MONTHS talking with this WEDDING COORDINATOR. The big day came and all of my DETAILS weren't relayed to the actual coordinator that was the "boots on the ground" "day of" wedding coordinator. So the girl I had spent months talking to and being anxious with and knew all my details, wasn't there (which I knew) but then the coordinator that was there- I didn't vibe with her energy and when I asked her about all the details she was supposed to know. She said "ohhh no one told me ALLL THAT INFO". Right there I was pissed. I can go with your business model. It's a little different and a little out of the box- but for my wedding it didn't work. The ball was dropped. There was a lack of communication and it actually AFFECTED MY WEDDING which bothered me. When I tried to talk to the owner about the "day of wedding" coordinator energy and attitude and some of the inappropriate things that happened (and the fact that she had BLACK on) he was defensive and refused to take and constructive feedback. So no in my mind i paid A LOT OF MONEY for them to do NOT THAT MUCH work and for them to drop the ball. I wouldn't use them or recommend them, which is too bad because I had a couple people ask me about it and because of the owner's inability to take my feedback, for me that is just not ok. My husband and I own a business and sometimes you just have to listen to the customer. It was my day and his employee did things that wasn't ok with me, and her energy was too intense and in my face and at the end of the day he didn't want to hear it & sure he can have that attitude but he is gonna lose business.

We had a large wedding & reception planned with them in 2020 but had to postpone due to Covid. They were not flexible with postponing, even though FL was in stage 1 lockdown & you couldn’t even be on the beach much less have a gathering. With the problems we were having, we decided to just have a small ceremony (less than 15 people including the pastor). We used the thousands of dollars we had already paid for their services for the chairs, arch, decor, flowers, violinist & photography.

The coordinator showed up in board shorts & flip flops. The only coordination he provided was he told my dad & I to stand behind a fence until we walked down the aisle.

The violinist only played a max of 4 songs even though he was supposed to play for an hour.

Overall, they caused a lot more stress than necessary throughout the entire planning process & day of.

The photographer was the best thing about the entire process using Sun & Sea. She was amazing & provided beautiful photos.

Wedding director unavailable- sitting in his car- made statement he didn't know he was the director and if that is the case, The Director did not show up. The violinist did not show nor did he send a replacement and the on hand director/employee had no backup.So all we got for $2,750.70 was a small ceremony table with a sea shell and small case with sand in it and chairs to sit in. Thank God the photographer showed up.
