ABOUT
Studio 89 Design Co. is a DFW / North Texas based floral business that specializes in professional preservation of wedding bouquets and meaningful floral arrangements. Owner and flower preservationist, Chelsea, believes in capturing the memories of your special day by preserving your florals.
Couples spend hard earned money and time picking out their gorgeous florals for their big day, and unfortunately a lot of times they are left at the venue to be tossed away or hung in a closet to dry and collect dust.
At Studio 89 Design Co., we take the fresh florals from your special moments and press them using a traditional wooden flower press to preserve each bloom. The pressed blooms are then reconstructed and framed to create a treasured keepsake that can be displayed in your home for decades to come.
SERVICES
When you inquire with Studio 89 Design Co. for your preservation, we will work with you to gather information about the date of your event, the types of florals that will be included in your bouquet or arrangement and the size and color of frame that best fits your style.
Once the flowers are received after your event, the preservation process begins, and can take about 8-10 weeks to completely dry your florals and design and frame your finished keepsake.

Team
Hey there! I’m Chelsea, a North Texas-based flower pressing enthusiast and owner of Studio 89 Design Co.
I fell in love with flower pressing a little over three years ago, and the love has grown ever since! After finding myself constantly researching and practicing different pressing/preserving techniques, I realized I was hooked.
When I first began, I focused on creating more intricate designs with pressed flowers, and would turn them into art prints, which I still love to do on occasion.
After a few close friends reached out asking if I would press their wedding bouquets and memorial arrangements, it just really clicked! To have the opportunity to preserve flowers from such meaningful moments in a person’s life - something that otherwise would have just wilted and been tossed away - made what I already enjoyed doing even more fulfilling!
