Strossner's made and delivered our wedding cake to our wedding and reception venue on Furman campus in early November. The cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious. We planned our wedding from Massachusetts so had no way of sampling the cake beforehand so we were very happy with the results. Back in Mass, we had a celebratory party with another cake that did not come close to measuring up. The ordering process was easy and the staff very helpful and professional. Thanks!

We had a wonderful experience at the tasting. They offered good guidance on the selections and estimating how much cake was needed. Strossner's was very flexible and easily allowed us to increase the size of our cake a couple of weeks before the wedding as our guest list grew. Our cake was amazing!

Our cake looked and tasted amazing! It was everything we wanted. The flavors we were able to pick were completely different than your normal wedding cake. We picked lemon and strawberry whip and buttercream icing rather than fondant. All the guests loved the cake!

BEST wedding cake, ever. I may be biased, but let me tell you, after many tastings (plus attending other weddings), this was THE best cake and let me tell you why. Their cake is moist and flavorful without being overly sweet. You wanted to have another slice, because it was delicious, but you weren't overloaded with sugar. We wanted a cake that would appeal to a larger palate, so we chose a White Chocolate cake base (wasn't a "chocolate" flavor, but slightly unique from a standard vanilla cake), with Strawberry Buttercream filling (again, a very subtle, but unique tasty flavor), and a luscious Cream Cheese frosting. Our wedding was rustic, so we went with a rustic icing (styling) and it was not only delicious, but beautiful. After tasting our cake, I understood why Strossner's was my grandmother's favorite bakery in SC, because it was the best (2nd to her baking, of course). They were so helpful in helping us decide, patient and best of all, their pricing was very reasonable. It's a WIN-WIN all around.

They were very helpful in planning our cake as I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. They were reasonably priced and their delivery fee was exceptional. Our cake tasted amazing! It tasted better than it did at our tasting. We ate it for days after. I also love the fact I can pop in and get some of "my" wedding cake anytime.
