Strongbow was extremely professional and helpful in planning our cake. When we went for our tasting they had all kinds of cake set out for us to try and many pictures to pick from. The delivered the cake on time and It even looked better than the picture we picked it from!

We were very happy with our decision to have Strongbow Bakery provide our wedding cake; however, we were a little disappointed with the quality of the product we received. The head caterer was out of town for our wedding, so there were a few details we requested that were not accomplished. The cake topper was "too heavy" to place on top, even though we had showed it to them when we booked them. Also, the cake was delivered early and no one stayed to place the fresh flowers on the cake.
