In a word, outstanding! I was immediately contacted by Du Anne who was most helpful. We contracted for a quartet and the price was extremely reasonable. She accommodated our requests for specific classical pieces and triple checked the sequence of events and music order. The musicians were world class and absolutely professional. They adapted to the conditions and added a touch of class far beyond any expectations. So I'll be honest -- I didn't hear a single note of the ceremony music because I was too busy smiling into my soon to be husband's eyes. I think the ceremony music is more for the guests and less for the Bride. I got a LOT of compliments on how beautiful and unique the solo violin was. Du Anne was so flexible. I contacted her after my guitarist flaked out about a month before the wedding and she saved the day. I asked if I could request non-traditional songs, like Enya's Fairytale, and her response was "I LOVE Enya!" and told me it was no problem at all. She was very responsive and though I never met her in person, I found her quite easy to work with. Her services are priced very fair, in my opinion, and she stayed until the last guest had left the ceremony area. I wish we had hired her to continue playing during photos so I could have enjoyed it longer.

I had a string trio play my wedding and they did an incredible job. For one, they went out of their way to learn special music for my processional. When we later figured out they had learned the wrong arrangement, they purchased the right arrangement and re-learned this very specific arrangement for me. They were so great! I am a musician, so I always listen for things such as intonation and timing, and they had it down. When someone got a little out of tune, they all adjusted. They were very visual and repeated when they needed to, did not cut the song off in a place that sounded odd, and paused musically in all of the right places. They really made the ceremony into something out of a fairy tale. The pricing was amazing too. For San Antonio Symphony members, they were priced extremely well. Definitely ask for them for your ceremony, you won't be disappointed in the least bit!

Working with Du Anne and StringMusic.net was one of the best decisions my husband and I could have made for our wedding day. We were looking for the classical sound of string music combined with the uniqueness of contemporary selections that were meaningful to me and my groom.
