  Perfect wedding ceremony music

  We hired them to play at our wedding. They were able to perfectly capture what we envisioned. We had special Leonard Cohen and star wars music and they performed beautifully. It was a perfect and special day!

  Truly Talented Musicians

  The musicians played beautifully at our ceremony and we couldn't be happier with our decision. We went with the duo package and received so many compliments. I was amazed at how quickly they learned the contemporary songs we requested and how amazing they sounded. We would recommend this company to anyone planning a special event. Thank you for helping us every step of the way and how easy you made everything. We appreciate the staff's kindness and professionalism especially when it came to walking us through the process.

  Stringmusic.net was an excellent vendor choice for my wedding. Du Anne was super helpful and I communicated with her through emails to book a violinist for my ceremony. The music was all the selections I personally chose and I must say that it sounded sooo lovely. I would definitely recommend Du Anne's business to other brides especially since they are more reasonably priced than other options out there! Thanks again for everything!!

  In a word, outstanding! I was immediately contacted by Du Anne who was most helpful. We contracted for a quartet and the price was extremely reasonable. She accommodated our requests for specific classical pieces and triple checked the sequence of events and music order. The musicians were world class and absolutely professional. They adapted to the conditions and added a touch of class far beyond any expectations. If you want to create a wonderful, everlasting memory of the bride walking down the aisle to a string quartet playing a piece like it’s from a fairy tale, then look no further than StringMusic.

  So I'll be honest -- I didn't hear a single note of the ceremony music because I was too busy smiling into my soon to be husband's eyes. I think the ceremony music is more for the guests and less for the Bride. I got a LOT of compliments on how beautiful and unique the solo violin was. Du Anne was so flexible. I contacted her after my guitarist flaked out about a month before the wedding and she saved the day. I asked if I could request non-traditional songs, like Enya's Fairytale, and her response was "I LOVE Enya!" and told me it was no problem at all. She was very responsive and though I never met her in person, I found her quite easy to work with. Her services are priced very fair, in my opinion, and she stayed until the last guest had left the ceremony area. I wish we had hired her to continue playing during photos so I could have enjoyed it longer.

  Wonderful wonderful musicians! String Music was organized, affordable, and always prompt in communication. The musicians played beautifully at our ceremony and were well-liked by guests! Highly recommmend!

  I had a string trio play my wedding and they did an incredible job. For one, they went out of their way to learn special music for my processional.   With all the stress that goes along with a wedding, working with Duanne was so refreshing. She sent us a great selection of music and even though she made some great sugestions she allowed us to imprint our own personallity into what would work best for us. Duanne and her team showed up on time and were totally professional. We received so many compliments when the beautifully played music filled the church.

It was so easy to select songs, make payments, etc. Although I don't remember them playing at our wedding because I was in la-la land, I heard them on the video and they did a great job. And their pricing is very reasonable compared to the other string musicians in the area.

  Before realizing we were a same-sex couple, they were willing to perform for our wedding by asking questions about song choices. When they found out we were a same-sex couple, they immediately referred us to another vendor that was a "better fit" to perform at our wedding.

  StringMusic.net was requested to perform Bittersweet Symphony by the bride's mother. She had concerns that it was so repetitious. I indicated that we could have the rhythm part play on the CD, and we could play the music. The mother was very pleased with this idea. Unfortunately, the bride thought that a recording was played and not the instruments. We played along with the rhythm part. StringMusic.net seeks to provide exactly what is requested by the bride or by the one who selects the music. This is the ONLY negative response I have ever had to our performance. StringMusic.net provides music for 90+ weddings per year.
