Wonderful photos & equally wonderful experience!

I first saw Shaneika's work through a friend's engagement photos which were absolutely stunning, so I booked her for family portraits during my family's vacation. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. We were hoping for photos that felt natural, candid, easy, and not too posey. It felt like we needed no time at all to warm up as Shaneika was able to instantly put all 9 of us at ease in front of the camera. She managed to make it feel like she wasn't even there and my family was just having a lovely moment together on the beach at sunset. If you're looking for a photographer who not only knows how to expertly capture beautiful moments, but can also make it a genuinely enjoyable and relaxed experience, do not hesitate to book Shaneika.

Amazing and beautiful soul!

My fiance and I did our engagement photos with Shaneika, and couldn't be happier. We are both very camera awkward people, but Shaneika made us feel comfortable and reassured us that we were doing great. Although, the weather conditions weren't the greatest at our first location, Shaneika produced amazing photos for us. She is so patient, kind, and just a beautiful soul. You will definitely not regret working with her!

Excellent Photographer!

We had our wedding on Kauai back in 2018 and selected Storylite Studios for our photographer. Shaneika and her assistant were amazing. Couldn't have been more pleased with how our wedding photos turned out. The service and quality is top-notch. Thanks again!

Aloha everyone! My name is Shaneika Aguilar and I'm born and raised on the island of Oahu, Hawaii. My filmmaking journey started in 2016 all because of my love for storytelling. But for as long as I can remember I have had a love affair with stories and filmmaking. I picked up my first camera in middle school during a family dinner and haven't stopped since. I pursued media all throughout high school and eventually started my professional career in the summer of 2013, after my high school graduation. I began filming love stories and weddings for my close friends and family and further developed my craft throughout college at the University of Hawaii at Manoa Academy for Creative Media. In doing so, I found purpose in the work that I created and I hope to continue creating with intention and serving those I meet.
