Brides beware! We used them for our wedding in September. The food was good, but they were impossible to get ahold of. They wouldn't answer our calls or e-mails. We lived out of town and I had asked for linen samples a month ahead of time and they had nothing to show me. They also made menu substitutions without notice. We asked for green beans and got mixed vegetables, including cooked carrots which make the groom violently ill. The also switched the potatoes and didn't make enough. What's the point of even picking a menu if the chef changes everything? We also didn't get all of the leftovers at the end of the night.
