Chef Robert has been an exectutive chef for over the last 25 years cooking at local country clubs, colleges, and other venues. In 2022, he decided was his year to make his dreams come true. The Smiths, started Flamingo Legs Comfort Food and Catering LLC after booking two weddings of family friends. They haven't looked back since and have been bringing their scratch made, chef inspired, comfort foods to all that they serve.
Danielle Smith, a Registered Dietitian for over 10 years, brings a special trait to the Flamingo Legs Comfort Food Company. She is able to work with couples to personalize menus around allergies, dietary restricitons, and lifestyle choices such as vegan and vegetarian diets. Having a professional behind the scenes takes all the stress away from these concerns on your big day!
