Our catering manager, Chef Tom Barnard, was previously the head Cheese Monger at Pennsylvania Macaroni Company for eight years. His unique background in cheese, charcuterie, and traditional catering makes him the perfect person to execute a unique and beautiful cocktail hour for your big day. The rest of our team is rounded out by Debbie Trachtman, a previous Wedding Designer, and owner Emily Whitaker, a friendly, organized perfectionist with an eye for detail and your main point of contact, ensuring all your needs are exceeded.
