Absolutely thrilled with the catering at the wedding I helped plan and attended last weekend! The food was exquisite—each item was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring everyone had everything they needed.

I work for a national catering company in Cleveland, and was tasked to plan this portion of the event for my SIL. I asked a local vendor who the best caterer in Pitt was - they said Black Radish. They were spot on. Guests were getting up from their seats and telling the tables next to them how amazing the food was, and asking for their information for their future events. I could of stood with a fork at that scalloped potato pan for the remainder of the evening...

Overall, Larry and the catering team contributed significantly to the amazing atmosphere of the celebration. Larry jumped in and recommended pivots to the itinerary and was so fun and lovely to work with.

Highly recommend them for any event! I wish we had them in Cleveland!

Black Radish Kitchen provided catering for our May 2024 reception and we couldn't have imagined selecting any other vendor. The menu was entirely vegetarian. Even our very carnivorous family members were impressed by the vegan meatballs!

Sarah was an absolute delight to work with. She was patient, kind, and thought of details I would have never known to ask about. The staff at the wedding were incredible. They were super attentive and fun and made sure the bride ate.

The best review I can say is that our guests are STILL talking about the food.

After a caterer debacle forced me to cancel my caterer only a few weeks before my wedding, Black Radish jumped in and was absolutely fantastic. Given they only had a few weeks to prepare and we were changing details up to the day before the wedding, I expected a few mishaps with the catering the day of. There were none. The food was excellent and everyone was raving about the food even after the wedding. I also cannot say enough good things about the staff. They were friendly, professional, and far exceeded my expectations. Everything went seamlessly and I cannot recommend them enough.

My wife and I are both vegan and big foodies, so we made the food served at our wedding a priority, with only the finest plant-based meals. Black Radish fully delivered, creating a delicious menu that more than pleased us, as well as our omnivorous guests! The team both at the kitchen and at the wedding day-of were incredibly helpful, super sweet, and kind beyond reason to every single guest and staff member. The chef and service leads (Emily and Caitlin, respectively) were helpful at each step and watched over all that unfolded at the event, making everyone feel special that day. Shoutout to Sarah for her assistance along the way! She was fantastic with responding to emails, as well as communicating between us and the company we got all of our dinnerwares from to ensure everyone had all that they needed.

My husband and I got married this past July. Before we booked Black Radish Kitchen, we went to their catering kitchen for a tasting. And wow, were we blown away! Seriously, it was one of the best meals we have ever had and we had to book them right away!

Sarah and Kate were so amazing to work with from the beginning! Our wedding venue was DIY (i.e. we had to rent appliances to build a kitchen on site) and Sarah was sooo helpful throughout the entire planning process. Cue day of our wedding and the meal itself could not have been more perfect! All of our guests have RAVED about the food since then.

We wanted a small, affordable wedding with our closest friends and family and decided to do a dinner party -- we ended up with 30 total including us but I think the space could fit a few more. We had two requirements: cool space in the city + the best possible food we could find. Black Radish Kitchen fit the bill (they didn't just cater for us - we had our event at the space). Sarah was our contact and was so responsive, accommodating and just all around great to work with for a slightly-stressed bride. The space is SO COOL. Warehouse-y, lots of graffiti and just the perfect vibe for what we were going for. There's a service elevator for elderly guests if needed. No words to describe the food -- our wedding was almost 6 months ago and we all still talk about it. The price was more than fair... way less than we would have paid anywhere else and they were able to be super flexible with us on start times, etc. We did a quick standing-only ceremony in Westinghouse Park next door then we all walked over to Black Radish. I wouldn't change a thing, it was perfect!

We had our rehearsal dinner at the Black Radish Kitchen in April of 2018, and it was literally one of the best nights of my life! Kate and Sarah were absolutely amazing to work with from the first time we met with them until the end of our event. Sarah was very easy to communicate with over email in terms of planning the rehearsal dinner and was very responsive when it came to discussing details for decorating the venue for our guests. She even went above and beyond and decorated the venue for us, and she did an amazing job! The staff was extremely courteous and professional throughout the entire event and even helped us carry things to our cars after the event had ended. The food was absolutely to die for and the family-style servings made our dinner even more intimate! There was plenty of food left over that they boxed up for us and they let us bring in dessert, which they plated and displayed so beautifully. It was the perfect venue for our rehearsal dinner and our guests commented on how it was the best rehearsal dinner they had been to. I honestly cannot say enough about how amazing and intimate this venue is--I can't wait to have another event there in the future!

We were so happy with Black Radish Catering--everyone said it was the best food they'd had at a wedding! They were super accommodating of a vegetarian meal and prepared a thoughtful and creative menu, and Sarah was so patient as we kept making changes and asking questions. We felt in really good hands here. The quantities were spot on and everything tasted delicious! I can't say enough good things about our experience with BRK--I'd definitely recommend them.

Black Radish catered our wedding that we hosted in our home. We met with Sarah who was very professional and listened closely to what we wanted to achieve. BR worked within our budget to provide a beautiful meal and day for our guests. Our guests commented on the delicious items (especially the salad) and we were pleased that there was enough food for all but not trays of leftovers. They organized the food, bar, and service staff with seamless ease.
