Thank you Jenelle and team for such an amazing and enjoyable experience with our engagement plus wedding photography. I personally am not much of a “do it for the gram” type of person, and am clueless with how to pose (so is my husband). But Jenelle’s team are beyond superb on making you comfortable and confident. SSCO Photography was out of this world. Jenelle captured every moment. When she sent my pictures I was in tears. She took some great pictures in the moment. Jenelle is hands down the best photographer I've ever worked with! She is a girl on a mission...from beginning to end! One of the things that impressed my husband & I the most was, she is a true artist. She had a vision for us and she wasn't stopping until that vision was fulfilled. Super sweet & fearless! She was no doubt hot in the late afternoon sun, yet was happily carrying a mound of camera equipment across the desert all while wearing the appropriate pandemic safety gear. Just impressive! We aren't always the most photogenic people in the world but she put us at such ease, so much so, we were able to enjoy every minute of the experience! She sent us a sneak peek afterwards, I had no words, was near tears. The photo was crazy beautiful!! We're so excited to see everything that she has in store for us!
I have to give a shout out to Christian, her videographer/photographer. He was equally as wonderful! Such a great sense of humor while being so thorough, getting all the footage he needed to create our ceremony video.

There were two things I really cared about when planning our wedding - the pictures and that it was a stress-free and seamless experience for everyone and Jenelle exceeded my expectations with both!

Jenelle came recommended through our wedding venue Wedgewood weddings (who coordinated all the other vendors) and Jenelle recommended the most incredible makeup artist Erica Vermin and she recommended the hair stylist of my dreams, Keysha Danner. Best practice - ask your photographer for recommendations on hair and makeup! They know whose work still photographs well 12 hours later!

Jenelle took time to get to know us over the phone. I felt confident that she would "run the show" in a professional and seamless manner and capture the moments we discussed in the style we agreed on.

She was a lifesaver with her suggested timeline. I was way off on how much time I thought everything would take and she steered us in the right direction. On the day of our wedding her timing was PERFECT with even some buffer to ensure we were never rushing or stressed. She's a PRO, listen to her! :)

Overall, our families had the most wonderful day and never had to stress about timing, pictures, or anything. Wow I can’t even believe how good our photos turned out! It was the best day of my life and it went by so quick, it’s nice to have these perfect images to go back and relive each moment. We got married at Wedgewood and they were recommended as a vendor so we went with them. Jenelle reached out over the phone and we spoke in length about every detail and then some, she had an exact timeline of how and what events should happen at what time. They were such good photographers, I kept teasing that they were like our friends/guests of the wedding who just happen to be taking pictures. We met in our hotel to get shots getting ready and then they followed us down the Wedgewood. I was trying to keep track of a million different things at once so it was nice to have them keeping us on track. I knew going into this that photography was the most important thing on my budget list. I got the upgraded package and went with all the recommendations from Janelle since I totally trusted her and Stephen. We did a “first look” so we could get all the pictures we wanted ahead of all our guests getting there and so we weren’t cramming in trying to get everything before the reception. If I could go back and do it over, I would get the videography package as well!! It was literally the best day ever but it goes SO FAST, and I really wish I had a video to remember it by. If you are looking for amazing, fun, cool photographers, look no further! They are AMAZEBALLS 😍 We love them, just look at these pictures, they speak for themselves!

Stephen Salazar Co was recommended to us by one of the wedding venues. When I started looking into their website and work, I just knew they had to do our wedding. We met with Jenelle and she was the most personable and genuine person during our meeting. After we signed our contract with her, she was always available to answer questions and even helped us out with last minute engagement shoot! You could tell she’s extremely passionate about her work and she let us be “us”during our sessions. It really shows in her work. She’s not your typical “stand here and smile” kind of photos.
