Choosing a photographer to trust with capturing one of the most important days of your life is a big task! My (now) husband and I did our research and knew that Stef had great reviews and beautiful pictures. But we wanted to meet with her to make sure we had good chemistry because that is really important! We met with Stef, intending to have a 15 minute meet and greet, and ended up staying and chatting for over an hour. For our engagement pictures, she recommended good local spots to take our pictures, she's quick on her feet, and our engagement pictures turned out beautiful. Leading up to the wedding, she was extremely helpful and responsive! Our wedding day went so smoothly because she was quick, efficient, and professional. Not to mention she's fun to have around :) She turned around our photos quickly, and they are more than we ever could have asked for. I hope this review captures just how grateful we are for Stef! Stefanie Russo is a thoughtful, kind, and warm photographer with a keen talent for capturing light, love, passion, beauty and emotion in every photograph. I did not hesitate in hiring her for my late fall engagement and end of summer wedding photos - and I'm in Milwaukee, WI, while she's in Macomb, MI!. She was dedicated and laser-focused in assisting with my wedding vision from start to finish. I enjoyed working with her via phone calls and in person, and she was quick to attend to my updates and requests with no hesitation. Her creative eye and vision aligned with my ideas, and the outcome was as beautiful and special as I had hoped. My family bridal party absolutely loved her, too. Very professional and takes excellent photos!

When I was searching for a photographer for my wedding I took one look at Stef’s gallery online and knew I wanted her to take my pictures. I love how Stef has a passion for natural light. I also feel like her pictures tell a story! I’ve known Stef for years and can tell you that she has a great personality, is real easy going, bubbly, and funny. She made everyone in my bridal party at ease and relaxed on a crazy stressful day. Out of all my vendors Stef was the most organized. If anything she made sure I was on track and made me more organized for my big day! I highly recommend Stef. I feel like I didn’t just have a photographer for my wedding but one for life. I plan to have Stef take many more milestone pictures for me and my family.
