I honestly cannot say enough great things about Katie. When I first contacted Katie, I had no real idea of what my wedding was going to look like due to covid. On our first call Katie asked me all the normal questions that a bride should have answers to, how many guests, is it inside or outside, open bar? dancing?, and my answer to everything was I have no idea because of covid. I told Katie I had to plan for 10, 25, 50, 100, and 150 guests, and I needed absolutely every plan possible. Katie instantly said ok no worries we are going to figure it out! Katie stayed on top of all my vendors as covid protocols changed, and made sure that everything ran as smoothly as possible. The day off Katie made sure everything was setup exactly as we had talked about and the day could not have turned out more perfect. I highly recommend Katie to anyone looking for a day of coordinator!

Working with Katie for our wedding day-of-coordiation was wonderful - She was very thoughtful and kept up with us in all the lead up to the big day. She allowed us to focus on our guests on the wedding day rather than all the small logistics. What more can you ask for?? From day one Katie was super responsive, insightful and helpful when helping us arrange our day-of wedding tasks. She met up with us for coffee and responded to probably a million of my texts. She was early, friendly and sweet, but also assertive and got the job done. We couldn't have done it without her and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for a day-of coordinator.

Katie was one of the best vendors we worked with for our wedding. I didn't hire a wedding planner since we knew what we wanted and I preferred to plan the wedding myself. However, a few weeks before the wedding date I found out that our caterer, who was also handling the equipment, setup, and facilities management, was unable to take care of a few key things (placing programs on chairs, laying out escort/placecards, and setting up some of the tabletop decor).

I was lucky to find Katie, especially at such short notice. A day-of coordinator is a rare find in the Bay Area, and Katie is fantastic. She is bright and cheerful, personable, happy to help in any way she can, and her fees are very reasonable, especially for the Bay Area. I enjoyed talking to her over the phone and my fiance and I were immediately comfortable with her when we met in person prior to the event. On the wedding day itself, she exceeded our expectations, helping to troubleshoot challenges that came up (which we didn't even know about until after the wedding), and helping to execute a seamless ceremony and reception. She has our highest endorsement!

Katie was amazing! She not only helped in the months leading up to our wedding, crafting our timelines, coordinating with our venders, and offering constant support; but upon our arrival on the big day, we sat down for a few minutes to check-in and I walked away completely confident that she was in complete control of the day. Many friends commented on how calm I was as a bride and I can say that that was entirely due to the fact that I knew Katie was clear on my hopes for the day and skilled enough to handle anything that was thrown at her. I was impressed by Katie's professionalism, and her ability to be everywhere she was needed on the day while always calm and smiling. I would highly recommend Katie and hope I have an excuse to throw a giant party again for her to coordinate!

I can't say enough great things about Katie! From the moment we hired her as our day-of coordinator, she helped us get organized by sending spreadsheets, was very responsive by email and phone, and required little direction the day of our wedding. Katie was super organized throughout the process and asked great questions about things that I hadn't even thought about while planning my wedding. Even though we didn't have a chance to meet in person before the wedding, she was able to execute our wedding vision seamlessly. On top of that, she has a warm, friendly and easy going personality which made it very easy to work with her.

We were blown away by Katie and how warm she was while also having a knack for getting things done! We wanted to meet her in person before the big day and she was very open and helpful. Then she was available throughout planning and helped us talk through things on a few phone calls. Leading up to the big day she wanted to be looped in with all vendors and was very organized with spreadsheets and information. Day-of she showed up early, needed very little direction, was able to coordinate what and who we needed, executed our wedding vision perfectly, and stayed late! Our wedding was very DIY and a bit different and she embraced us with open arms while helping to turn it into the magical day that we always imagined. I highly recommend Katie! She is not only amazing but her services are very reasonably priced. You'd be lucky to have her as your coordinator :)

Katie is simply amazing !! She was all over the place just making sure everything was getting done and everyone knew where they were suppose to go! Her personality was also super easy going and amazing. She even stayed an extra hour (with no complaints!) because we still needed a bit of help. Every wedding is stressful but if you hire the right coordinator I promise you it will not be stressful at all (at least not to you-the bride). She was also really affordable which was really helpful to a young couple like us.

Before visiting another wedding planner page, stop RIGHT NOW and hire Katie! We hired her for day of coordination at our wedding and from the minute she got there until she left she was simply fantastic to work with. Even before the day she was so helpful with any little thing I had a question on from vendors to day of timeline to set up details. She was also super flexible when we wanted to change the contract a little and have her come earlier in the day to help with the set up. Throughout the entire process she was so professional, quick to respond, organized, thoughtful, and overall a really down to earth and nice person. We felt no stress the day of the wedding and I know we owe this to Katie. She is a dream to work with!

Probably the best decision, and money we spent on our wedding, was in hiring Katie to be our day-of wedding coordinator. Even though we hired her just for that day, she was extremely responsive and gave a lot of valuable advice--from where to buy various odds and ends to how to map out a timeline--in the months before the wedding. She was also a crucial sounding board for my own ideas, which was huge. The day of the wedding, I truly didn't have to worry about the details, decorations, flow of events, cleanup or anything...because she handled it all, seamlessly. And THAT was priceless.
