The company is founded and run by Erin Schwartz. Erin has been making custom cakes on her own since the age of 15 and graduated first in her class at the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She has worked for multiple bakeries and custom cake shops; including the illustrious Pink Cake Box of Denville, NJ (where she worked for two years as a Cake Artist and Pastry Chef). Now, she is running her own business making dream cakes into realities!
