I first met Erin through a very close mutual friend. When we got engaged, I knew I wanted to work with Erin because of her wonderful personality and incredible work ethic and success story. I didn't even have much of an idea for the cake, and told Erin to be creative and have fun with it. Well.... When I first saw it on my wedding day, I thought it was a plastic prop because it was THAT beautiful and perfect looking. Erin went with a beautiful mauve art-deco inspired look, with gold decorations. It was magnificent. The lemon cake with raspberry buttercream frosting was to die for. My husband's grandmother said it was the most delicious cake she's ever tasted in her entire life (and she's been around for a little while)! All in all, I'm so pleased with Erin's work and honored that she would participate in my wedding. It was all the more special to have such a special person contribute.

I’m so glad we chose to use Stacked as our wedding vendor. Erin and Joe were both wonderful and truly made us the perfect wedding cake. We wanted a very specific look that was actually a combination of two different wedding cakes we saw online. The result was a cake that looked even better than the photos! They are true artists.

In terms of the taste, I can honestly say this was the best cake I’ve ever had. I am not much of a cake person, but when we went in for the tasting, I ate more cake that day than I have in years! It was light and flavorful without being too sweet.

They also delivered the cake to our venue, which was one less thing we had to worry about it. We walked into our reception and saw our dream cake waiting for us on a beautiful gold cake stand. It couldn’t have been better.

I wish I had found Stacked during my wedding planning in 2017. I loved our baker but I think Stacked would have been preferred. I had an amazing cake designed for my husband’s 50th birthday party. He is a Prince fan and I decided to have a Prince themed party. Erin from stacked provided so many wonderful ideas and we finally decided on one that would work perfectly. The end result was just a work of art. It had images of Prince all around the cake. It almost hurt to cut into it and ruin the work, but alas that is the point, to have a taste of yumminess. Oh and yummy it was! Chocolate cake with raspberry Chambord. Incredible. The pricing was as discussed and reasonable. Stacked delivered to the restaurant we were having the celebration on-time. All and all a great experience.
I may have to make up a reason just to order another cake. A just-because celebration perhaps? LOL Thank you Stacked Cakes. Thank you!
